We had a wonderful family holiday here. The house is secluded but only a short drive from several different destinations in the area, it was really nice to explore different cities each day. The house itself is quite spacious with nice outdoor areas so everyone could have their own space if they needed it. My family is already asking if we can go again next year!

What a charming place for our friends to gather and enjoy each other's company. The bedrooms were spacious enough and very comfortable. It was nice when some people retired for the evening, they didn't hear the others still talking.The fire pit was lovely and just an overall great place for gathering.

Big space for groups. Basement rec room is nice esp with walkout to patio. Bedroom in basement can be noisy and shower in basement is small.Loft space with bedroom and bath is great for kids.Well appointed kitchen and laundry.

Loved the game room. Played lots of pool with a cozy fire in the woodstove. The space was perfect for 3 adult couples, we each had our own floor. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Pet friendly too!

Wonderful property - perfect for our family and dogs. Had a pontoon with us to go on the chain of lakes and the place was perfect for the boat/trailer. Spent most of the time on the lake but the house was nice to come back to.

Nubs ski trip

We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, pool table and hot tub. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space.

Great place!

Wonderful house off the beaten path in a quiet wooded area but still close to everything Lake Michigan and the surrounding area has to offer. The house had all amenities for our family and we all had a wonderful time. Host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great communication with host. House was very clean with all amenities. Only not giving 5 stars because the basement was very cold compared to rest of house, there were space heaters but just could not keep up with the freezing outside temperatures. would definitely stay there again.

Perfect little getaway

At first glance the property looked small but when we went inside, it was so much more than it appeared. The location was perfect for a day trip to the island & another day in Petosky. When we weren’t checking out the parks, the property was perfect for spending time by the fire, relaxing in the hot tub & entertaining. This is a great location, can’t wait to go back!

Overall is a great house for a visit to the area. Lots of family space to relax both Main floor and lower level. Large 86” tvs. Very cool eating bar in family room enabling watching tv and eating. Hot tub was nice and hot. Wood stove on lower level was very nice. Pool table was a big hit with the entire family. Outdoor space is probably wonderful in summer. Very dog friendly.
