Nice condo in downtown Breck with easy access to the slopes as well. The host is very friendly and was able to check us in early. Covered parking was nice and close to the condo as well.

Great place in a great location

Very convenient location (not kidding when they say ski in). Plenty of room for a family of 5 - the big bunk beds were key. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice. Decorations were appealing but not over the top. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice bonus.

The unit was clean, had very convenient access to the slopes, was well stocked in the kitchen, and had plenty of towels. We had no complaints during our stay and enjoyed our time at this condo. Host was very quick to answer questions and rental service was very responsive when we ran out of coffee. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Breckenridge retreat

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Host was super friendly, and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. Everything was clean and laid out thoughtfully with a great guest experience in mind. Felt like home! Super easy walk to gondola (even in ski boots carrying equipment), ski to the door at the end of the day, and 2 minute walk to charming Main Street. Plus hot tubs! Would give 6 stars is we could!

Great Trip

The condo has been updated and was very comfortable for our family with everything we needed for a week long stay. The location is convenient walk to Main Street and the Gondola.

Excellent Location, Convenient, & Clean

Very clean and renovated! Excellent location! Close to town, bus, and ski in access right next door. Has a ski locker, free covered parking, and access to hot tub. Check in/out was easy and property was very communicative. Only complaint: The beds were a little hard.

Great location, great place!

Had a great time at this condo! It’s a wonderful space and perfect location! Easy access to the gondola with either a 10 minute walk or catching the free bus with a stop right out front and then you can ski right down to the place off the 4 o’clock run! Main St is also right there to walk for food, shopping, etc. the house was clean and comfy and the owners were so responsive! Highly recommend!

Great stay- great location!

Had a great time staying here. Can’t beat the location. Short walk to all the restaurants in town. Gondola definitely walkable- but if you don’t want to lug your equipment easy walk across the street to shuttle stop for 2 min ride. Can ski home literally right up to the elevator. Building is older but generally well maintained. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Had a blast in Breck!

This condo has all you need. The owners have done everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were steps away from the 4 o’clock ski run and to the free shuttle that took us all around town. There were plenty of beds for our family of 5 and comfortable seating in the living room. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice place to rest after a day on the slopes.

Perfect location

We loved this condo. Walking distance to everything! Had some problems with the TV's, but the property management came the same day and fixed it. The only issue we had was the guest bathroom shower - almost impossible to move the faucet handle. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Remodel

Our family of 4 (two teenage boys), spent a long weekend in Breck and stayed here. We've stayed at Sawmill Creek condos multiple times, but this was the nicest unit we've stayed in. The building is old, so it was great to have a newly refreshed unit. The location is perfect for skiing. Grab your skis from the locker just outside the unit, hop on the elevator, walk out to the bus stop right out front. Beaver Creek base is just a stop or two away and you're on the slopes. At the end of the day, it's an easy, but busy, ski ride down 4 o-clock run right to the condo building. Everything in the condo was perfect. Kitchen was plenty stocked with newer pans / utensils for making breakfast in the morning, and apres in the afternoon. Check-in / out was very easy. Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms & showers were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely condo in a safe neighborhood. Good communication from company/owners. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. Heard very few noises from neighbors. Downside was that the hot tubs were not working and we weren’t notified prior to our stay. For note, the master bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, it is located in the hallway. Also the washer/dryer is a single combo unit and very small. There are no ceiling lights in the bunk room, just a lamp for lighting. My recommendation would be to have more kitchen towels and there was only a single oven mitt which wasn’t conducive to easy and safe oven transfers.

Beth, Thank you for your nice review. We apologize for the hot tubs not working and will speak with the property manager, as we were unaware of the problem. Second, we had three hot pads in the condo last time we checked so we will get those replaced. Table lamps are being added to the second bedroom for improved lighting, and additional high hats will be installed when time permits. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you return.
