This is by far the BEST floor plan at Emerald Beach in Panama City Beach. Located on the 23rd floor with great Balcony views with a Cozy Sitting Area in the Master Suite that overlooks the Gulf. With all the comforts of home you will not want to leave once you get settled in.   AMENITIES OF EMERALD BEACH RESORT: **POOLS: Emerald Beach has 2 swimming pools. One is located on the north side and the other is on the beach side. **FITNESS CENTER: Located on the 2nd floor. Hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. **ATMs: Located on property next to Starbucks. **Tiki Hut and Tiki bar located at the beachside pool. **The Skybar: Located in the Sky Bridge. **Starbucks: Located on the first floor.

Overall decent stay

Overall we love the resort, this unit could use some updating and deep cleaning. There's a smell when you walk in, especially in the closets in the hall and kitchen, mold in the vents and ice/water dispenser in the fridge. We did have an issue where the tv in the master broke and they replaced it within hiurs. mastwe

Was a rental, did the job. Lots of little things need updated. Could use a deep clean and better bedding. Would stay again if needed a space, but isnt my top choice for rooms. The seal to the patio door was out of place so had to listen to howling wind coming through all week, luckily was nice enough to leave door open and air off most of the time.

Property is great but housekeeping was poor. Closet doors in front BR track was found pulled from ceiling.

Great location

The condo was beautiful and just as described. The views are amazing. The communication all the way up to check in was fast and efficient. The only thing negative would be how dusty every room was. It looked as though the place hadn’t been dusted in weeks. There was also old used deodorant bottle underneath the guest bed. All of which can be easily remedied. I loved the location of the building as runaway island is our favorite restaurant to go to. So just walking there made it that much easier.

It was very nice and quiet. Elevators were fast. Ease of entering property is excellent. Close to restaurants, popular stores and shopping. Beach was clean and the prettiest I have ever seen. Sky Bar is fantastic. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on the beach

Very roomy and clean. beautiful view from 23rd floor. Quite at end of hall, elevators close, loading and unloading easy. Everyone very helpful. Pools very nice. Snack bars ice cream and sandwich bars nice. Nitely entertainment good.

Good getaway

Your pictures tell the story. The property is right on the beach which is well maintained. The balcony is large and with good weather (which we did not have) is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the waves. The master bedroom windows are a wonderful place to experience the sunrise, sunset or a storm. We would recommend this property.

Best place you can find!

This VRBO is AMAZING! The view is undescribable it's so beautiful. Place was exactly as described. Response time from property was immediate! We had 0 problems. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future.

Dust bunnies on the sand.

We really looked forward our stay in PCB and relaxing after such a hectic year. Overall we’d say It was good. The location is pretty central, about 1 mile to pier Park, really good food nearby, convenient to the beach. The amenities were also pretty good. Beach access, pools, the gym, and there’s a Starbucks across the way. Now- we did not get to relax until that evening AFTER we asked the cleaners to come back and clean, and AFTER having to purchase supplies to do it ourselves. The counters were grimy and disgusting. The floors dirty, all surfaces were dusty, the walls had sticky lint, and under the reclinable couch and bed was a nightmare. We have a crawling infant so maybe we were being more vigilant than usual, but that couch underbelly had a whole pack of dust bunnies living under it… surviving on the cheerios left for dead. So- yes after taking a few hours to clean to our standards we relaxed and had a great time! They did offer to reimburse us for this. And said a deep cleaning was to be done after our stay. Too little too late I guess. If they did better to keep the place clean I would’ve given this place 4/5 stars all around.

Fantastic beach stay

I love this condo and wish i could buy it. We hope to be back next year for football playoffs, and i will hope to book with you guys again. We have special dietary restrictions and do all our own cooking, and the kitchen was a DREAM COME TRUE! Well stocked for all my chefly needs. Thank you for having such a wonderful property and for facilitating such a wonderful trip for my family. Jenny
