This room needs some serious attention.. The couch, chairs at the dinning room table were absolutely grungy and dirty. Master shower was clogged, no water pressure in the second bathroom in the sink. In the living room, rugs needs to be tossed They were very worn and nasty. I stayed in this room years ago, but not under Blue Swell management.. It was a very nice room. The write up on this room does not meet requirements that you say it is.

Had the clogged shower or sink water pressure issues been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have had our maintenance team address them. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first entered the condo, it looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. For the most part, it was clean and looked well kept. The ocean view and location were absolutely perfect!The biggest downside was that we found three live cockroaches and a few dead ones during our stay. I know bugs can unfortunately be an issue in Florida, but it definitely freaked me out and was unsettling.The only other thing I would recommend improving is providing more detailed instructions for getting into the parking garage and finding the condo. My husband and I were pretty confused during check-in and had a hard time figuring out where to go once we parked.Overall, we really enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and beautiful ocean view. With a little more detailed check-in information and better pest control, it would be an even better experience.
