Great Place for a Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and 8 kids stay here with plenty of room to spare. The 6 bedrooms and the size of the home make it feel so spatious for a large group. The pool area was nice, the house was well stocked, and the location was great for both time in Tampa and time at the beach.

This was one of the cleanest nicest homes we have ever rented. The communication with the host was awesome. Any question we had were immediately addressed. The photos really represent the home it is really that nice would definitely recommend both the host and the house

This was a great house for a guys trip. Fire pit got a lot of use. Spare propane was there and available. Pool looked nice but too cold to use it. TV inside is great was a little glitchy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house.

Clearwater Villa was perfect for our group of Phillies’ fans to go to spring training games at BayCare Park. Our group is 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles. House has 6 bedrooms, so just right for our group. The outdoor space was private and awesome! The pool was the perfect temperature. It was a very short ride to the ballpark and an easy Uber ride to Clearwater Beach. Jana was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely rent this house again!

Family vacation

The house was perfect for the large number of guests we had from adults to infants; there was plenty for everyone to enjoy themselves and enough space to feel like you weren't on top of each other. The kids LOVED the house, the lego room, arcade table, garage game room, projector for movie nights and popcorn on the couch after a long day at the beach and legoland and especially the heated pool which made night swimming before bed or early morning before the sun hit the pool extremely enjoyable! Jana was fantastic to work with as she was able to accommodate our last-minute early arrival due to a family emergency. The house although wasnt "baby friendly" per se we just moved some of the nicer decor off the reachable tables and it did have a pack n play, highchair, crib, baby gate, and a single and double jogging stroller which were great and we had no difficulty keeping our 3 (infant/toddlers) out if trouble or harms way. The beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs were much needed and appreciated for our days at the beach! We will definitely book again when we find ourselves in the area, we highly recommend this home!

House was lovely. Perfect for our group of 14. Everything was comfortable. Only complaint was a little difficulty working TVs and shower heads a little big for the spaces. Overall fantastic stay, can’t wait to book again.
