Visit this secluded yet conveniently located northern Arizona gem! Situated in old town Cottonwood, you will be only nine miles from Jerome, 19.5 miles from Sedona, and just a short drive from some of the best vineyards, tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops in the state. There’s also hiking, biking, and water sports close by. Some must-visit local attractions include Main Stage, Blazin' M Ranch, Coyote Trails Golf Course, Arizona Copper Art Museum, Verde Canyon Railroad, Tuzigoot National Monument, and Out Of Africa Wildlife Park.

This recently updated classic ranch space features a wonderful front patio with water running through the property and numerous fruit trees. Upon entering this air-conditioned home away from home, discover an open living room/dining space and kitchen floor plan. Spread out comfortably on the sofa and watch an entertaining show, movie, or sports game on the smart TV with streaming services. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, or host an entertaining and memorable barbecue using the provided gas grill. There is a small attached apartment that shares a laundry room with the renter.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
