This comfortable cape-cod style home is just a few steps away from Footbridge Beach and is walkable to downtown Ogunquit, where you can find famous restaurants, shops, nightlife and activities for the whole family! Don`t feel like walking? Utilize the trolly stop just up the street!
This family-friendly vacation rental is located on a quiet, dead end road and even has a small yard for outdoor activities. Equipped with a brand new grill, hot tub, outdoor seating and a patio, this house offers an excellent opportunity to create memories. As an added bonus, the sunrise over the marshland is absolutely breathtaking! 
Entry to house is through the kitchen, which comes stocked with everything necessary for meal preparation. On the first floor you will also find the kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and the living space. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the fully-finished basement there is additional living space, a 4th bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom, and the laundry room.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, patio, and lawn space. However, there is one closet that is locked which contains the homeowner`s personal items.

Quiet, dead-end low-traffic neighborhood with very kind neighbors! Just a short walk to Footbridge Beach!

Getting Around:
Trolley stop nearby which runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Other Things to Note:
Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will be able to go right to the property and use a code to a lockbox to retrieve house key.
DO NOT Park prior to check-in time as cleaners have access until then to prepare for your stay.

Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Please return the keys to the lockbox. Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry room
