We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed, or could have needed. Jay even provided stadium seats we could use for our Red Rocks concert, which worked out great. The condo is conveniently located and Golden is such a cute town. I would definitely stay here again on the next trip to town.

We had a great week long stay here in August. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and a short drive or walk to restaurants and shops in Golden. The host’s attention to detail with the things you need for a successful stay away from home was amazing from the varied cooking tools, spices, coffee/tea to the entertainment (TV/yoga mat/kids games) to the bath amenities. Host was very communicative and always available. Can’t wait to visit again!

This condo is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in! The unit is well designed & tastefully appointed! The attention to detail & quality of textiles & products is exceptional. The location to the fun town of Golden, Red Rocks & Denver makes it so convenient. Most impressive was the attentiveness of Jay the owner. His communication regarding things to do & restaurants were super helpful! We hope to come back!

This is a great condo in a nice location. Natural grocery store right across the street and a cool little burrito restaurant around the corner. Condo was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for one bedroom. The host communication was excellent and he had a lot of nice little extra things you might need on your trip in the unit. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!

I cannot say enough good things about how much we enjoyed this property/condo. The hosts literally have thought of EVERY detail in providing their guests with an A experience. The communication before, during and after our stay was clear and thorough. The unit was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, comfort and we were blown away at all of the amenities and thoughtful touches provided by our kind hosts. Here’s how I’ll summarize my praise: the next time I’m considering flying out to CO for a Red Rocks concert, the very first thing I’ll do is check on the availability of the condo. It was hands down the best short-term rental experience I’ve ever had!

Jay's property in Golden was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. The one bedroom suite was spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. The property provided thoughtful details, such as hiking poles, a small cooler with freezer packs for a picnic, area guide books along with restaurant suggestions. Jay also provided good coffee, breakfast oatmeal and some tasty snacks. We arrived after all the grocery stores had closed and were concerned we would have to go out for coffee the next morning. What a welcome surprise to find the apartment stocked with the essentials. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to area hiking and a 15 minute drive to Red Rocks. Jay was readily available to answer questions and provide area guidance. When back in the Golden area, we will definitely stay here again.

This suite was immaculate! Check in process was easy, owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Jay checked in on us several times to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The room had everything you would need to cook a meal if you choose to and many items available if you happened to forget anything. If you are planning activities in Golden, it is walkable. Also a great place to stay as a hub if you are going to Estes Park or theColorado Springs area. Parking is onsite right in front of the door. Area felt very safe. I would highly recommend.

So many compliments for this wonderful property and its fantastic hosts, where do I start?! GREAT communication from beginning to end. Super easy and well explained check-in and out processes. EXTREMELY clean condo!! The place felt ultra safe...really good location for pretty much all of Golden, great lighting on outside of building, excellent parking situation, multiple security features, and super clean inside and outside of building. Truly, it's a great property. All that said, the owners are even better...very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Jay and Susan are all stars at this VRBO thing!

It was spotless — genuinely the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in — and thoughtfully appointed with so many special touches. You can tell Jay has carefully considered every need a guest might have.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Jay checked in just enough to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly want.The bed was incredibly comfortable, the assigned parking spot made things effortless, and the location couldn’t be better — an easy walk to downtown Golden, restaurants, trails, and everything the area has to offer.If you’re looking for a pristine, well-designed, stress‑free place to stay in Golden, this is it.
