Enter through the lower-level garage, which is available for guest use, and step into a cozy, private space featuring a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and bonus bunk area—perfect for the kids to call their own.

Upstairs, the main level welcomes you with unique mountain décor, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the breathtaking views. Kick back and relax after a day of adventure, or gather around the formal dining table for a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

Continue to the top level to discover the spacious, semi-private primary suite. This dreamy space provides plenty of room to relax and recharge during your mountain getaway.

• Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Full bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub

The fully equipped kitchen features updated modern appliances and everything you need to feel at home, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or gathering for a family dinner.

-Outdoor Living-

This home offers not one, but two outdoor spaces designed to connect you with the natural beauty surrounding you. The front deck features comfortable seating, sweeping views, and a gas fire pit—perfect for evening conversations or peaceful stargazing. Around back, a second seating area awaits with a wood-burning fire pit and serene views. It’s an ideal setting for storytelling, roasting marshmallows, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature.

-Important Home Information-

• This home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.
• The garage is available for guest use.
• The large driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles, making it easy to bring your outdoor gear and recreational toys.
• Winter driving conditions can occur anytime from October 1 through June 1.
• A video security camera is located above the garage door and faces the driveway.
• This home does not have air conditioning, which is common for homes in our high-alpine area.

-Winter Arrival-

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains. Four-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are typically well-plowed, many residential areas require traveling over steep hills and dirt roads that may not be maintained as frequently. Chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not recommend driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel-drive vehicle unless you are comfortable installing chains yourself. *Weather and driving conditions can change rapidly. We are unable to provide refunds related to weather or road conditions, so please plan accordingly.

-Property Policies-

• The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25.
• This home is not pet-friendly. No exceptions will be made, and private messages requesting exceptions will be declined.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• 4WD or AWD and/or snow tires are required during the winter months.
