The house was very nice and very clean! Perfect for a couple. It can accommodate 4 people but will be a bit tight so make sure its people you like. If taking a trailer and a side by side, parking will be tight. I was able to fit my 22' trailer in the spot but it was tricky to maneuver. Really no street parking, somewhat busy street but theres space between the side walk and property wall. Minimal check out requirements which made for a quick departure. Will stay here again.

This location was excellent. It's about 1 mile from downtown Prescott and there are some short hiking trails nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect size for a couple to get out of the desert heat in Southern AZ...easily accessible to downtown Prescott and hiking venue's. The property is very nice and updated and well stocked with everything we needed!! What a gorgeous area Prescott is very "hilly" and lots of trees nice change from the desert landscape. Ben was helpful with information about the surrounding area....we'll be back for another long weekend soon:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY...

Functional place walking distance to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Great little place to stay for a weekend trip to Prescott.

This is a great location super close to Whiskey Row. The owner made sure to answer any questions I had. We came up to celebrate my Husband’s birthday and this place was amazing. It is fully stocked if you want to make your meals. Super clean and exactly as pictured. We would stay again

What an adorable place to spend a long weekend! It was my and my husband’s first time in Prescott, and this space put us close to everything, while still being tucked away enough to feel private. The check in process was very simple and the property was clean and well equipped for our stay. I loved having access to the bikes to cruise into town! Thank you for a great experience, we would definitely stay again!

Cute little place

Spent minimal time at the rental due to our schedule. Close to town, parking was a little tight, rental was very clean and as described. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect! It was right next to downtown Prescott with so many good restaurants and vintage/antique stores right around it! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend booking!!

We really enjoyed staying at this cute bungalow! It was so clean and decorated very nicely! We were able to walk to the downtown area easily and enjoy coffee on the back little patio. I’d highly recommend to a couple that wants to get away to a nice area. The neighborhood was very nice & quiet too.

The cottage was perfect! We had to be there for my brothers funeral. Not a fun reason for the visit. This place provided comfort for us.

Love the place just in the middle of the day the place would get really hot and wouldn’t cooldown and they did not have extra trash bags. But other than that place was amazing loved it. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Cute tiny house

The house perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Close to downtown and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Wish we had more time to use the bicycles! Will definitely stay again for our next visit with our college kid!

Mountain bike getaway

Cute and cozy little place! Great communication with host and clear instructions provided. Close to downtown but far enough to have a peaceful, private and quiet evening. Best part for us was the location being right in the center of all the trails we wanted to check out!
