Completely updated historic home built in 1906 in downtown Prescott, AZ. Great location right off of Whiskey Row. Two minute walk to everything downtown.

Sleeps six people. Two bedroom/1 bathroom. Full kitchen. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Screaming fast WiFi. Covered parking. Heat and A/C.

Master bedroom measures 12' by 11' and has a queen size bed.

Guest bedroom measures 12' by 10' and has a queen size bed.

Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.

Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and sink.

Dining area has a table for 4 and seating for 2 at the counter top.

Newly remodeled yard with paver patios and grass yard.

Great patio with plenty of seating and a fire pit.

We have a Tesla car charger on site for you use free of charge. There's also an easily accessible NEMA 14–50 outlet on the driveway if you bring your own charger.

Excellent property and location!

This was our second stay at The Cottage off Whiskey. The home is clean, well stocked, and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Holiday Trip!

This was our second time staying at this little gem in Prescott! We love to explore on foot and this property is very manageable walking distance to thecourthouse square and Whiskey Row. The surrounding neighborhoods are charming to walk through as well. The home was just the right size for our family of four with two bedrooms, our kids age 4 and1 2sharing a room. The beds and linens are comfortable and the home has everything you need to feel like you are right at home. There is a full kitchen and a Sprouts right down the road for your grocer needs. Would definitely recommend this place for small families like ours or a couple interested in staying in downtown Prescott.

Close to everything

My friend and I had a great time for a girls getaway weekend. It was less than a five minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was tidy and quiet, and the property had everything we needed. The linens were very comfortable, and having an AC/heater in each room helped us stay comfy in our own temps. I highly recommend, and definitely hope to stay here again next time we are in Prescott.

Cozy Cottage

Talk about a great location! Easy walking to the courthouse square. Clean neighborhood and the house was nice a cozy! Would recommend and plan to stay again.

Family Getaway

The property is a cozy home within walking distance to the square with a fabulous outdoor area to spend the mornings and evenings! It is a true slice of historic Prescott. Owners are fabulous to work with in that the property is operational with great ease.

Cute Place in Great Location

Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.

Great place

This cottage is darling and close to everything. The only thing that was difficult was not having a washer and dryer. We also had a storm while we were there and the house is rather cold (esp the bathroom) The individual thermostats are awesome so each room is controllable but the bathroom does not have one. I would recommend putting a space heater in the bathroom. We didn't have an opportunity to use the firepit or the bbq because the 8 inches of snow we got on the first night we were there.

Christmas in Prescott

The cottage provided comfortable, cozy and warm place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Christmas weekend. The location is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Prescott Courthouse, restaurants and stores. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and easy to use TV.

Much more charming in person. The pictures don't do it justice. Fun to see the parade prep right outside the windows. Comfortable and quaint.

Quiet Downtown

Very nice cute little house very close to downtown. Driveway parking and a lot of close street parking. All amenities as listed. Owner was quick to respond to communication. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was comfortable. kitchen amenities were good. Would highly recommend.
