Grape House Downtown

The Grape House has an open floor plan. Spacious 400 sqft private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer.
It is located in walking distance of Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square.
Bright & Cheery with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate. Off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk. 2 Dogs allowed max. for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.

Charming and pet friendly, this guest house was wonderfully close by a 5 minute walk to Whiskey Row, great food and shopping. Will definitely come back.

It was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Once we got there, Other than a hike around Watson Lake, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The location was great.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Not to far away from the courthouse square. Very quiet and private. King size bed, nice size bathroom and kitchen. Very nice, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. I have it down as one of my favorite places to stay.

This quaint little cabin has become my home-away-from-home for my visits to see family. It is comfortable, well equipped with everything needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the center of town.
