This unit has a full kitchen, AC in the living room as well as the bedroom, washer/dryer, cable and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and two twin Murphy beds, sleeps four comfortably. This unit has one assigned parking space. Beach chairs, towels, and other amenities provided.

This beautiful complex has lush tropical gardens, pool, two hot tubes, tennis courts, and fitness center. There is also an Expedia activities center to help you book your Maui activities.

This condo was great! The murphy beds were perfect for our 2 college aged sons - so much better than a pull out sofa!! The place was clean, well stocked and the balcony was lovely. We didn't use the onsite amenities, but everything looked great - pool, bbq area, etc. It was a great home base for us to explore Maui!!

The place was amazing - five stars across the board. Perfect location - across the street from the beach. Great AC. It was a very clean apartment. The beach chairs, cooler, etc, were a bonus. Only thing - we arrived at night. Nav took us to the side of the building & we couldn’t tell it was the side of the building. If you arrive at night go the front.

Cozy and great location

Great location - very walkable to beaches, shops, dining, etc. The unit was very cozy and was just the right amount of space for us. Would definitely stay again

Clean and close to the beach

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The pool area is hard to beat for the kids and a very short walk to the beach.

I’m a regular at Kam Sands, three times a year for past 20 years. The grounds / facilities are well maintained, love the pool and jacuzzi. Kam Sands is close to 10 of the nicest beaches and Kīhei loaded with great restaurants and shopping in a homey environment. This condo unit well maintained and stocked with everything you’ll need, clean and comfy like home. The two twin Murphy beds perfect in the living room and the split built in AC in living room and bedroom can’t be beat. Will be back to this unit for sure.

Communication with Martina was outstanding. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s location near the pool and across the street from the beach was fantastic. The condo has everything you need to make your stay on the island very convenient and enjoyable. My family and I can’t wait to go back and would enjoy staying there again.

Fantastic stay!

The condo was exactly as advertised! We loved the location and use of the chairs, tennis racquets, games, towels, and boogie boards. The pool and gym area were used extensively and some good eats were easy walks away. We look forward to coming back back soon!

Great Vacation

The condominium was great. Everything you could need for the beach from boogie boards to sand toys and beach chairs. Very clean and excellent location. We would stay here again.

My favorite place on Maui is kihei. Everything is within walking distance. Close to beautiful Wailea and gorgeous golf courses. This really is the perfect spot. I lost my heart here in 2005.
