Kids sleeping space Combined with living-room on 3rd story loft with a triple trundle bunk bed, foosball table, books, toys, up to 4 player arcade system with 5k classic games!
Kitchen, Diningroom and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Kitchen includes Starter Coffee Setup!
Dining room includes; Popcorn machine w/ popcorn & Snow Cone Cart w/ syrups, and many board games! Perfect for rainy nights!
There is a walkout balcony with a grill off the dining room. You don’t even need to leave the house for everyone to have a great time!
The Outdoor space has a full yard with a fire pit and benches. There is also a roller coaster car and some slides to climb and go down on a small hill.
We hope you enjoy your stay! We are always looking to add more amenities to make your stay even greater! House has window a/c units as the heat is baseboard heating. A/C in dining room can not be ran at the same time as the bedrooms. We are looking at other a/c options.

We have lived in Rochester for 18 years and this was our first home that we bought and lived in together. I am a nurse and my husband is a mortgage consultant. We love traveling and tried to make this apartment an entertainment for everyone with the ability to keep it clean and washable. There is very little carpet - besides the stairs for safety. This apartment was recently remodeled and updated.
