Great place for a friends trip to West Palm beach

The location was convenient to downtown West Palm and the place was clean, comfortable, and quiet!

Good place, slightly misleading description

Overall extremely nice place. Very clean, everything inside as depicted in the photos. The only problem i have with the listing is that it doesnt mention the backyard is shared between two rentals at the time we booked. In hindsight, the photo of the hot tub shows two doors, but i feel like it should be noted in the description. The neighborhood is okay. We never felt like we were in danger, but i probably wouldnt stay here with our kids again.

Thank you Dave for your review! We are thrilled you found our home to be extremely nice. Regarding the backyard and hot tub, it was not shared and exclusive to the main home only. The guests located in the cottage do not have access to the backyard as their door is locked from inside. Guests staying in the cottage have their own private fenced area. The neighborhood is definitely located in a up and coming area and the city is currently revamping the entire area with lots of plans for the future including recreational parks and lots more shopping and restaurants being developed less than a mile from the home. WP Trip

Should of tell about the train going up and down all day. Property manager might need a straight line, not a google number. Other than these 2 things, everything was awesome. Lots of space in the house, everything close by. I will use it again next year.

I still waiting for the deposit to be credited to my account. It was charged twice and only one was corrected. I left the house about a month ago.
