Only 2 miles to FSU and FAMU campus. Minutes to downtown and the Capitol. Relax and enjoy. . Plush leather couch and a recliner. Two queen beds and a patio in the front.

The place was very clean and neat. My family and I were comfortable and it was very cozy. The place felt just like home. Great appliances and cookware, I had everything I needed to prepare a home cooked meal for my kids and I during the our stay. My only concern was the outside of the property. It was very unappealing. But that is the problem for the property manager. Steve was a great host and I would definitely recommend your next getaway to Tallahassee Steve's your man!

Place itself was nice, very clean and comfortable. Location and community was very run down and felt sketchy. Definitely didn’t give off a safe vibe.

Rooms were clean. Host provided an air purifier which helped the rooms. Shampoo container looked full, but was filled with water. Just check for next guest.

Mystic Woods

We had an enjoyable time. The accommodations were as advertised online. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend some blackout curtains for both bedrooms and even the glass door in the living room. Other than that, good value for money.

It Works!

Inside is fully refurbished, in great shape, just as pictures reflect. Check in was easy. Good process. Only concern was exterior. Not the best shape or neighborhood. But once you get inside, that really doesn’t matter. I’d stay here again.

got smacked by the tornadoes but fortunate a few buildings were spared. No where but up to go from here on the development--Glad you had a comfortable stay, Mark!

Close to FSU

We stayed here when we moved our son into the FSU dorms. It did the job. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels, soap etc. It was nice of them to leave a few coffee pods for the kurig also. The host is great. I wanted to add an extra day and he got right back in touch within minutes. Thanks Steve!

The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but the pots and pans had wooden handled on a gas stove. No smoke detectors. The dish washer did not work and had a funky oder. The place was clean and cozy. The description was inaccurare saying like new. The floor is week in spots, showing possible water damage. The screen entrance door was lacking screen. The location was questionable. The parking lot was covered in trash. The pool was not open when it clearly stated it was on the description.

The apartment inside is very nice and clean. The host was amazing. He gave me clear instructions to check in and always check to see if I needed anything. The apartment is in a central location close to everything. However the exterior of the property isnt very welcoming. the neighborhood isn’t very friendly. The area is dirty. There was garbage everywhere around the parking lot . Also many homeless people around the area. The pool doesn’t look sanitary. The pool is public and the development shares it all but it doesn’t look like there’s much maintenance. I won’t not go on that water. For a quick stay on the weekend the place is okay. Thank you so much to the host for great customer service. Sorry I feel it’s important to be honest

The interior is as advertised. The rental property company is kind and responsive. The exterior photos are not accurate. Unfortunately their is a troubling tenant below so I must note, The domestic violence altercation followed by arrest in parking lot upon arrival was absolutely one of the worst I have seen, yet it was something we looked past but unfortunately, the unit below had massive issues again at 2am. I hope the woman is ok. My student chose not to return the next evening due to regrets and fear. Its a game weekend so I get price increases and not as great places, but I would have wanted more accurate exterior pics to make my decision with the increase rate I paid anove normal rates for this property. I am not posting out of spite. I am posting so other parents who want to spend time with their student can pick the right place for their visit.

Thank you for the review. I just wanted to point out that the photos are 100% accurate. We cannot capture nuances such as a domestic disputes, random behavior, or demographics. We have 5 star reviews on this property and overall 4.6 rated after dozens of bookings for communication, cleanliness, responsiveness, and lower scores on location yes but relatively speaking this is a good value for the price. This is a blue collar area like most places you will find in the SW sector. A domestic dispute is unnerving to see unfold especially when they take them kicking and screaming. #firstworldproblems

If judging based solely on the unit I rented and the host this is a 5 star property. It was perfect for our needs (getting a kid settled at TSC for school) and the host was fantastic at every turn - essentially when I had to unexpectedly extend our stay. The unit is nicely updated and comfortable with pretty much anything you might need. I never used to pool - so I can’t speak to anything other than it exists. That said - the complex this condo is in leaves much to be desired…. The HOA is not maintaining the property well at all. I was pretty intimidated by the exterior appearance of the place and the neighborhood upon arrival, but honestly had no problems at all. Even moving stuff from my vehicle to an upstairs unit upon arrival, and then back out to a moving van almost 3 weeks later upon departure - and we didn’t have any issues with leaving the vehicle open. Thank you so much to our host Steve for taking such great care of us during our stay!
