The cabin is in a wonderful location. We were able to do so many things in very few days. we decided to check out of Deadwood a day early and the host was wonderful with taking care of that for us. We do plan on coming back to this cabin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Tenderfoot Creek Cabin was perfect! The property was immaculate, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to prepare our meals. The peaceful yard and creek were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Located very close to Highway 16, access to most anything you would want to do is very accessible. Hope to be back soon!

Overall it is Definitely a 10! The cabin was very secluded. Everything was very clean and the Host was easy to get a hold of. She let us check in early with no issue at all. Looking forward to staying again in the future! Highly recommend this place!

We have stayed here twice! Absolutely love this cabin and location. The host is friendly, easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Cabin is always clean with all amenities listed. We will be back next year!!

Quiet location but still convenient to many attractions. Kitchen was well equipped and the house stayed warm even during some chilly nights. Kathleen communicated clearly and promptly with check in and check out instructions. The Custer State Park annual pass was an unexpected bonus, and we strongly recommend its Needles Highway and Wildlife loop drives for future visitors.

We chose this property because of its proximity to Custer State Park. We found a comfortable and well-equipped home in which to relax. The beds were excellent and the kitchen was stocked for actual meal preparation and cooking! That really was appreciated, we cook a lot of meals when on vacation. It saves money to put towards other things. The grounds around the house were well maintained; we saw wild turkey and deer right in the yard most nights as we relaxed on the porch while cooking on the handy (and very clean) gas grill. The one thing I will mention is if you're a light sleeper as I am the house is right off the road and you do hear traffic. I purchased a small electric fan and it made enough noise to drown out the traffic sounds. Other than that one thing everything was great. Highlights of our trip were Needles Highway, Reptile Gardens and the 1800 Train. I highly recommend all three!

Great place to stay in the Black Hills!!!

Our family loved this cabin. It has a great location, and was so comfortable to spend a few days staying here. It felt like home after busy days exploring the area, and we are already thinking about the next time we can come back.

A beautiful unit and an amazing area. Easy access to some of the unique, not to be missed, offerings of the Black Hills. The kitchen was set up nice. We couldn't find a lighter for the outdoor gas fireplace. An upgrade to the gas fireplace would be the only suggested improvement. Thank you for an amazing experience!
