The Cabin
All our cabins at Ponderosa Place feature vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and log accents. Kitchens have everything you need to cook except ovens... Stove tops, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils are provided. Each cabin has AC units to help you cool down as well as cove heat if you are visiting in the cooler months. All linens and towels are provided along with basic soaps.

Outside Space
Cool off in the shared back yard with gentle log swing and seating area all under our huge willow tree. Or stretch your legs and let the kids burn some energy off in the two shared large front yards! There is a swing set for the kiddos, and 2 firepits for evening enjoyment.

Located just a few blocks off the main street in Custer you can walk to the grocery store along with shopping and restaurants!

We loved our stay in this cozy cabin! The location was super convenient to restaurants, shops, the post office, etc., and a great hopping off point to all area attractions. Check-in/ out was easy, and access to a charcoal grill was a big plus!

Great cabin with a fantastic location right in Custer!! We came for our son’s wedding, this cabin was perfect and slept 5 of us comfortably. It is located close to the main road and close enough to walk to the downtown shops and eating places. Check in and check out SUPER easy! Nice and clean, well kept property. We’re saw many deer in the neighborhood and the backyard, right in town, which was really neat too! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We had an amazing time staying at Ponderosa Place in Cabin #1. We had everything we needed. We cooked dinners and breakfasts at the cabin. The beds were very comfortable, and we were close to town. We walked to the shops and the grocery store. We even walked down to get our pizza from the Pizza Mill. Custer was a great central location to everyrhing we wanted to do and see.

Crystal’s cabin was spotless and beautifully maintained, you can tell she puts incredible care and thought into every detail. The property matched the listing exactly, and Crystal was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Our cabin stay was great

There were many great things about this cabin - location (very close to a grocery store and downtown Custer), cleanliness, ease of check-in/check-out and enough space for 3 people to be comfortable moving around.
