Everything about the condo was excellent from the host, to the condo itself, and the location of the condo. The only issue was all the construction outside the property, a lot of noise, dust and detours. Looking forward to seeing it when it’s all finished, looks like it will be beautiful!

Absolutely amazing property to stay in, very clean, has everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Greg was wonderful with prompt communication about check in/out. 100% recommended and will absolutely stay there again

The condo is exactly as described, and the view is exquisite! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of supplies for the beach, too! Beautifully updated!Fantastic location! Highly recommend.

Breath Taking Views of Ocean and Sunsets, Sound of waves while sleeping, direct access to beach and nice clean updated condo made this the perfect vacation for my birthday! The washer and dryer in unit was a plus. I can’t wait to return!

Awesome guests! Very pleasant and took care of the condo. Notified me of a maintenance issue that might have become problematic had he not shared it. Would definitely recommend Glenn to other hosts.

Exactly what we needed

Pictures are extremely accurate and the view was amazing. Great location and the ability to walk to restaurants and shopping as well. The beach was very relaxing and having beach chairs and an umbrella readily available was perfect. We had everything we needed to have a low key relaxing get away. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was one of the best condo we have rented. It’s beautifully decorated and well stocked. The renovation was very well done. The balcony and view is fantastic. Loved the sunsets

The condo was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with high-quality appliances along with plenty of utensils and cookware. The beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were a wonderful bonus. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were seamless with clear instructions and accessing the condo was easy since it didn't require picking up keys off site. The balcony views were fantastic and the perfect way to start and end each day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Nice Stay

Super Nice!!!

First, Greg (the host) was very nice and accommodating. Condo is very nice, clean and lots of small details included that you need to stay for a week. Unfortunately, our weather was not the best, but we were thankful for a nice place to "snuggle" in and watch movies and cook. Of course very nice to see the beach. Sunsets are amazing from this balcony. Beds (only used the master) very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo with Everything you Need!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is it completely remodeled with great finishes and fantastic linens, you are also provided with everything that you need to have a great beach vacation. So well thought out! The beach is very easily accessible and the location is perfect. Sunset Grille is right next door! The property owner was in communication from the time of reservation and was responsive if we had questions. Great owner who really cares about his guests. We will definitely be back!

Fall break 2024

Wonderful condo. My sister stayed at the same building and condo was not nearly as nice. Greg was wonderful to work with. We had an issue and Greg was on top of it and made everything right. We would absolutely rent from him again.

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo (1103). The Host (Greg) could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The condo itself was maintained and equipped to a very high level. We needed nothing except for personal items and food! The condo staff (Pat) was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind for a week, and couldn’t have been more pleased. The beach area was quite active during our stay due to the Holidays. However, we were able to spend time there walking and enjoying the sunsets! We would highly recommend this Condo (1103) for your vacation. Regards, Ken and Chris
