This was a great place to stay! We really enjoyed sunrises on the balcony overlooking the beach and it was nice being so close to the beach access. We will definitely go back!

Very smooth overall stay. Communication could not have been better. Even fixed an A/C at 7:30 PM on the last night of our stay. Tech was there in less than an hour, A/C was up and running before 9:00 PM. Just a superb experience overall, would most definitely stay there again.

Great condo with a wonderful balcony beach view. As others have commented, the main elevator is out, but the condo was located extremely close and convenient to the stairwell and beach access. There was a dumwaiter available, but we didn’t bother with it because there were minimal stairs between the parking lot and the first floor unit.Accessing the beach was super close and easy and Jennette’s Pier is less than a 1/2 mile walk up the beach. Beach had very few people on it, except for a surfing competition one of the days a short walk away, which was a nice surprise, Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We would definitely stay at this clean, beautiful place again. The only suggestions are to be clear about the non-working elevator for those with disabilities. Also, make sure to let people know (even if in a private message) that the path to the beach through the dunes could be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. The only other thing is to leave off the wall plug-ins for those with allergies/asthma. The place smelled fine without them! We loved our stay and Joe was great at communicating quickly.

Beautiful property with a clear view of the ocean! Clean property and truly an exceptional experience. Loved the Dolphins and diving seagulls looking for their next meal. We so enjoyed our visit that I’m sure when we come back we will contact Joe for another stay.

Enjoyed the location, view, and the Unit itself. Comfortable beds. BUT for someone who struggles with steps I wouldn't recommend, ELEVATOR DOESN'T WORK. Not handicap accessible. But for someone without physical limitations I'd it very high review!

Beautiful views! This condo had everything we needed for our short trip. It is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and will book it again .

Great location, easy process!

Vacation Stay

The condo was prefect for our stay to allow us to explore the OBX and relax on the beach. The views of the ocean were amazing as well.

Great communication. Amazing views. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. We appreciated having a washer and drier. The location is very convenient to exploring the Outer Banks, both north and south.

Awesome place!

We enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Paradise! The location is very convenient to Nags Head Outlets, Jockeys Ridge, Manteo, as well as Rodanthe and Pea Island. Lots to do!
