Wonderful beach front property with everything needed for a fun family vacation. The location is near restaurants, grocery stores and family activities which makes a fun week for all ages.

Amazing! Such a lovely home an right on the beach! We had 7 adults an 1 child an this 3 bed 2 bath had plenty of room for our group. The view from the deck at sunrise was incredible. Our first trip to OBX an this home was great place for us to enjoy all OBX has to offer.

The condo was even more than I expected, it was truly an awesome week. The location right on the beach, the availability of parking in a garage was so great. I will definitely be recommending this condo to friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic experience

We hadn't been to the Outer Banks in almost 20 years, so I was nervous about picking "the right spot" for our family vacation. We lucked out with this place!Anne Marie was SO easy to work with. She had great communication leading up to and during our stay and gracefully answered every single question I threw at her. Check in was seamless, and we even got to enter early! The property is exactly as described with a fully stocked kitchen (and is more updated than the photos suggest!) and literally steps from the beach. We loved the private access to the beach, and the chairs/umbrellas were a super nice touch! The view from the deck is fantastic...not as amazing as a higher-up floor would be, but nothing was in the way of our view. We had a great seat for beautiful sunrises, storms rolling in and an occasional dolphin sighting. Parking was plentiful and easy, the pool was clean, and the overall location is basically right in the middle of all the action...it was just as easy to go south as it was to go north. The condo was quiet, well-maintained and peaceful. The public beach access next to us was never an issue...it was never noisy or disruptive.Everyone had enough space to spread out, and the master suite is ridiculously huge. We are already talking about a return trip! Thank you Anne Marie for a restful and restorative week! :)

OBX relaxation

We had a great time in this spacious and well equipped condo. There was room for everyone to have a private space as well as plenty of group space. The beach side deck is delightful and has shade for much of the day making it a good place to read and enjoy a glass of wine. We are already booked for next year!

Beautiful ocean view.

We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the waves. Huge walkable beach area allowed for long walks on the beach. Comfortable bed in HUGE master bedroom with same ocean view!

Spectacular

Loved every minute, even with rip currents and tropical storms coming our way we enjoyed the pool, the restaurants, and the jeep rental to see wild horses. This was our second stay and we are sure to have a third!

Our favorite VRBO rental!

Love this property! We’ve stayed there at Anne Marie’s place many times, and we keep coming back to it. We have tried staying at bigger homes with more family members, but we miss everything about this place. This year there were new couches which are so comfortable! Anne Marie is great to rent for. It’s nice renting from a human over a rental company.

Excellent Oceanfront Condo

Beautiful view of the ocean from this oceanfront condo. This place has all the amenities including a wood burning fireplace and a large deck overlooking the ocean! Had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Lovelier than the listing!!

The condo was super clean and well-furnished- no need for any extra rentals! The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys going to sleep with and awakening to the sound of the surf! The host answers any questions within minutes. The perfect vacation rental.

My husband and I bought this lovely condo once our children were grown. We have enjoyed it together and as a family for the last twenty years. We live about 100 miles from the Outer Banks and find it very easy to get away to the beach whenever possible. My husband is retired military and I am currently working as a therapist in Newport News, VA. We have lived on the east coast most of our lives.

We chose this property because we fell in love with the views from every window, the easy beach access, and the proximity to all the amenities. The low-key Outer Banks atmosphere, and the friendliness of the people is especially appealing. And the food is terrific!
