EVL Chalet w/ hot tub on a private lot in the woods and only 3.9 miles to the village!
Ellicottville Chalet in the woods; only 3.9 to from the village, hot tub and plenty of privacy on 8 acres. Our chalet is perfect for 2 or 3 families, 3 couples or 12 max guests. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Sit back next to one of our two gas fireplaces in either of two living rooms and enjoy the view! Beds: 1 King, 3 full, 1 twin, and 2 full pullout couch beds.
Self check-in and check-out. We are available if needed.
We are in the woods and only 3.9 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (3/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.
Guests are the only people on the entire property.
The entire place and 8 acres is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, air hockey and an arcade game.
