Communication and check in was great. Cute house. Perfect for our family of 5. Steps to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a crock pot. We will stay again!

The house was even better than anticipated. Couch updated from photos. Bed on second floor is queen size bed and not a day bed so that was also a bonus. Location was fabulous. AC worked great and was nice and cold. So many extras with the house. Our family had the best stay.

The house was perfect and in a great location. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, as well as some markets if you wanted to cook. They also offered grocery delivery to be stocked when you arrive.

This house accommodated our multi-generational family of 6 adults and three kids well. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a variety of beach equipment and towels. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach—close enough that you can easily walk back to the house to use the bathroom, or get food, or a forgotten item, without any complaint from the kids (and without having to cross Mission Boulevard)! The house is far enough from the beach public parking and beach public restrooms, such that the area of the beach closest to the house was never crowded when we were there. And yet the house is within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The garage fit two of our three cars (a sedan and a compact SUV), and our third car (another compact SUV) could be legally parked right in front of the garage.

Great location, clean house , very spacious, unique floor plan. Had a great stay with the family here close to the beach shops dining etc. can’t wait to book our next trip

So fun and relaxing! Plenty of space to spread out but great space to cook and come together just steps from the beach. We will be back!

The home was just as described on the site. It was super clean with all the amenities! Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back for another stay soon!

Excellent location, steps from the beach and a quick walk to groceries, restaurants, bakeries. The house is updated, clean, and comfortable for families. The pictures capture all the rooms and upstairs patio accurately. All amenities were provided, including everything needed for the beach, grilling, and cooking.Overall this is an excellent house for a beach vacation and for spending time around San Diego.

Great for a Girls getaway!

We are a group of women that have been friends since high school. We do trips every few years. We enjoyed our stay in February. Highlights were the location with proximity to good food, great walks on the beach, and the roomy great room and patio for us all to gather and chat.

Great beach location for family

The property is very clean and well-kept. The beach is just steps away, and there is beach gear for convenience. The owners helped me secure easy delivery of baby gear. The second level patio is lovely for sunsets.

Perfect stay at the beach

The house was perfect for us 4, only a few steps to the beach, the car was to big for the garage but we could park in front of the garage inside the red lines. The house has all you need, I wished we could come back.
