Each newly renovated condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests per unit, with a total of 12 guests between both condos.

Spend your days exploring the beach, strolling the boardwalk, or visiting nearby attractions like Belmont Park and SeaWorld, all just minutes away. We can’t wait to host you in one of our favorite places, San Diego! Whether you’re looking for family fun, a romantic getaway or rest and relaxation, our bayfront condos have it all! Come play at the beach or kick up your feet and drift off to the sounds of the water.

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
