Welcome to our beachside sanctuary – a three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat along the canal, just one minute from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Unwind in the master bathroom's hot tub, and for aquatic enthusiasts, enjoy the convenience of a boat ramp right next door. As you step into the outdoor seating area, be prepared to be captivated by the picturesque views overlooking the serene canal. About this space

We also provide:
- Outdoor propane grill, which can be located in the garage. One propane tank is provided at the beginning of the stay.
- A charcoal grill, which can be located in the garage. One charcoal bag is provided at the beginning of the stay
- Toiletries bags which include 1 toothbrush, 1 toothpaste, 1 loofah, 1 mouthwash, 1 comb, 1 lip balm in each bag.

Other things to note:
- Security system located in front door, back patio and garage door
- No parties/events allowed
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
- There may be mosquitoes depending on season. However, insect repellent is available
- Pet fees is 150/stay. Pet deposit is $250/stay. If undisclosed pets are brought into the property without the host’s approval, there is a fine of $300 per pet.
- No smoking allowed in or outside this home. A $300 fine is applied
- Trash cans and recycling bins are located in front of the garge. Must be kept and covered at all times.

- Please park in unit A driveway ONLY
- We can accommodate 1 car in the garage and 3-4 parking spots depending on vehicle size in the driveway
- Boat and golf carts are allowed.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and clean and there were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and a cute little coffee area. The beds were comfortable and the men really liked having the reclining couches to relax. We also appreciated the fenced back yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay again.

The house was just what we needed. We enjoyed the back yard and the kitchen. We appreciated how many dining seats there were. We watched basketball on the nice living room tv. The guest bed where I slept was very comfortable!

Stayed here for a short weekend. The house was much larger than we expected, which was great. House was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely our favorite place to stay, they went above and beyond when stocking the condo with the essentials of what’s needed. Beautiful place very clean and perfect if you do have a dog. You can tell they genuinely care about your stay. We will be back!

Great Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies!

Perfect getaway

We cannot say enough about this property. It is spacious and comfortable for a family or girls trip. The decor and details put in place were lovely and appreciated. We can’t wait to stay here again soon.

North Padre oasis

We enjoyed our stay. It was very safe with the two-year old. It’s very clean. We appreciated all the coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Costal break

It was great and very convenient location. Plenty of accommodations for seven of us. Close to the beach will return for another day at that time it is available.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was spacious enough for three adults and two kids, and all of the furniture was in excellent condition and incredibly comfortable.The master bedroom was a dream! The adjustable Serta bed, with the ability to raise both the head and foot, made relaxing and reading before bed so enjoyable. The soaking tub was another favorite—it was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.The backyard was fantastic, especially with the misting system, which we definitely appreciated during the summer heat!The hosts were outstanding. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. We had one very minor issue during our stay, and they handled it quickly and graciously.We visit North Padre every summer and have stayed in several VRBOs over the years, but this one is by far our favorite. It exceeded every expectation, and we truly hope we can book it again for next summer!

Nice getaway

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this charming house. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and we particularly loved spending time in the backyard, where the breathtaking view provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Best condo ever

We love to go fishing on the island,, so we are close to several fishing choices. Someday Bob Hall Pier will reopen and the condo is directly across from the pier. The decor is beautiful and pantry is well stocked. Owners are so thoughtful . Oh yes and the adjustable king bed is marvelous.

Awesome Experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Water Front Oasis! After a long day at the beach it was awesome to come to a nice home to relax and tell stories about the day. The house was very clean, everything we needed was provided, and very spacious. My wife and kids loved to sit on the back porch each night and watch the water. We highly recommend staying at the property. We'd love to stay there again.

Comfortable stay for my family and 2 dogs!

Really comfortable stay for our family. We were greeted with some nice snacks upon arrival. Location is great and close to the beaches and the national seashore. Would love to stay again during the warmer months! The yard was also really nice and our dogs loved to lounge outside on it. We didn’t cook much outside breakfast but it was all well stocked!

Canal living

Very tranquil and relaxing. Three adults and 2 pets could not get enough of quietly sitting on patio and watching fish jump in the canal. We even caught and released a few specks.

This place was amazing! The hosts were thoughtful on so many levels, it was actually like being "home". Our family had a wonderful first trip and would most definitely recommend and will rent from them again and again. This trip was the best! Much appreciated and needed. Thank you both for being kind and thoughtful, on everything! Including the bug zapper left at the door when the storm was over. Thanks again! 10 stars and will be renting again soon!

Clean Coast Design Well Designed Space

We made a last minute reservation since our original VRBO was not pet friendly as they claimed. Hein Ma and Jordon were extremely prompt answering our request. The property has a lovely backyard on the canal with a covered sitting area. The house is designed impeccably with the master separate from the other two bedrooms.she had left snacks an it has a great coffee bar. Definitely will stay again! Sue

2nd bedroom not a king bed as advertised. Ice maker did not work. Batteries in thermostat were dead and had to be changed. Kitchen cleanliness not up to standards. Enjoyed back patio and family room. Main bedroom very nice and comfortable. Lot of weeds as you enter the house.
