Everything was great, a couple maintenance issues but we were informed prior to arrival so no issues at all.

We enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the VRBO, the proximity to the beach, the views of the gulf from the townhouse and the availability of the patio with grills that was near the pool.

Great Property right on the beach.Spacious and clean mostly. Quiet hen we were there, Plenty of outside seating(3 Decks)(1 patio) Pool was nice, but needed pumps on from maintenance .Grills needed some attention , but worked for the most part.bathroom in grill area needed better ventilation so not to make a hotbox due to heat outside , but glad its there. Would recommed some weed killer in grass areas to get rid of horse burrs.Qverall great stay, but issues were communicated to property management, Smell was only thing not removed during stay.

I'm shocked none of these reviews talk about the offensive mold odor that this rental has and health issues mold exposure can cause. It was really unpleasant and unsettling due to the health issues mold can cause. The mold was visible in the master bathroom shower and there was obviously damp in the walls because not only did the curtain rod pop out of the wall and you could see dark areas on the wall above it, also the towel rack came out of the wall. This moldy smell permeated all of our clothes and belongings and everything had to be washed and put in the sun when we returned home. Besides this the house was surface clean but it was in need of a proper deep cleaning as there were more than a few areas looking grimy/ dirty. Some of the linens were not as clean as I would hope, the shower curtain had dirty marks on it. We were not informed prior that the dryer did not work, which should have been mentioned. We found out after putting some newly purchased beach towels in the wash and went to dry them. I would not recommend or stay here again for the price. We are clean people and this was just not up to our standards. We left the place as clean as we found it. Also there were a few things most holiday homes supply that they did not, like beach towels or k cups for the Keurig, so it was just lacking for us.

I loved our stay, I was just completely bummed about the dryer situation. But I did appreciate that not only you did have a coffee pot but a kurig as well. I hope you will enjoy the frozen pops and ice cream and whatever else we left behind, see you next time

Our stay was great, we had no issues with the home. It was clean, comfortable and safe for my kids. The views were amazing and the walk to the beach was so convenient. My only wish was that there could have been more towels provided.
