Location was excellent and plenty of space for family to stop by and visit. Primary suite was very large and comfortable, and we appreciated how well-equipped the home was. Parking was very easy and convenient as well. Eric, the host was very responsive. If you need a larger home in an excellent location, we would highly recommend.

Roomy 4 bedroom in Old NE

We really enjoyed this large 4 bedroom. The neighborhood is lovely, as are the neighbors. Great location and easy street parking. Large l.r., dining area and kitchen. There's a great screened in porch and pool just outside. Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms and bath, plus a wonderful master suite with 2 walk-in closets and bath with large walk-in shower. The host, Eric, was very nice and always available.

My husband and I stayed at this property with my sister in law and her husband. When booking this property the listing stated one king bed, one queen bed, one full and one twin. Upon arrival we discovered the house had 1 king and 2 full beds no queen. I contacted the host to inform him of this because had I known we would have never booked this property. He stated he would do whatever he could to rectify the situation and never did. We endured a week of misery sleeping in a full size bed. My husband being a tall man made it very uncomfortable to sleep in such a tiny bed. When I reached out to the host to ask if something could be done. No communication back from host. I have noticed that since then the host has gone on and rectified the listing which also lowered the nightly rate. No I would definitely never stay at this property again. The umbrella by the pool had mold all over it, the grill was filthy and sitting in an area that was loaded with leaves which is a fire hazard. It was still 20-30 min away from the beach and u could look your neighbors pretty much in the face when sitting on the screen porch the houses were so crammed together. I even had vrbo reach out on my behalf because they felt I deserved a refund as well after seeing all the photos and communication I sent them and nothing

We would definitely not recommend any other VRBO hosts rent to Marjorie & her guests. They did not follow the explicit rule prohibiting tampering or touching the expensive pool motor and heating equipment. This equipment is set by pool professionals & has been broken by other guests in the past. Most significantly, our neighbors who have small children, witnessed and reported one of the men was urinating in the backyard of the house. Not only is that behavior against the house rules, it is illegal & repugnant when there are young children living right next door. Regarding the bed sizes, when we bought the beds, there was one king, one queen, one double, & one twin. The queen was subsequently moved and replaced with a double bed. This was an unintentional mistake that it was still listed and we have since altered the listing to state the correct bed size. We have rented the house for years on VRBO and have not had a single complaint about anything about the rental until Marjorie and her husband were reported for violating multiple house rules.

Indeed yes

This turned out to be a perfectly fine answer to our prayers as we were looking for a last minute rental. I believe it was a new listing so some things are still being ironed out for a rental situation but our host Eric was very amenable and kept sending us things he correctly deduced the house needed such as a teakettle and a hair dryer! This is an older vintage house in Old Northeast. Excellent location on quiet street. The house has been partially updated and a new living room couch would make that room more inviting. Plenty of space for my husband and I and a friend and we could have added a couple more friends or family without feeling crowded. We particularly loved the screened in porch out back and the bedrooms with morning sun! All 4 bedrooms are on second floor which worked out fine for us. We had a busy week planned and didn’t get around to trying out the fenced in pool. It would be a great place for little kids, if you have them with a swing set and slide. Thank you, Eric.
