Loved that this property is so close to the beach and pet friendly was great! Since we wanted to bring our 2 Aussie puppies they had an amazing time at the beach! Clean rooms, convenient access to the beach and lots of room for our party of 6! Also convenient beach chairs available and beach towels helped with packing a little lighter! Great place!

Lovely cottage close to the beach. Hosts were quick to answer questions and address a minor plumbing issue that came up during our stay.

Nick & Kayla’s place was a little bit of beach paradise. We happened to have an 80 day Oct 3- and just a short walk to the beach with all the beach gear you need! Their home is just as pictured. Everything we could need was provided: coffee! Plenty of towels, beach towels too, tv’s in every room, kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were a bit smallish, with only a tub shower. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sand. And we were able to have our dog with us too.We hope to come back for a longer stay in summer season! Communication with hosts was 100% on point- very much appreciated! Highly recommend this home for a ‘on the beach’ stay!

Cute property RIGHT near the beach

A group of us were in town for a work retreat and wanted a nice place to stay -- this property is moments from the beach, and a 10-20 minute walk from all of Old Orchard Beach. The beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities very well stocked.

Old Orchard Beach

We had a great time! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the house was in the perfect location! The beach was a few steps away which made it easy with kids because we didn't have to drag all of their stuff too far. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed our trip.

Location Location!

This property was exactly what we needed; great location and space for our family, 2 parents, 2 pre-teens and 2 grandparents. Enjoyed the ocean and the robust beach accessories. Close walk to the boardwalk for rides, games and restaurants for the whole family.

Never been to this beach and we were passing through to drop our daughter at Camp in Maine. The owners accepted a last minute booking for a single night, which was incredibly helpful and allowed us to visit this place we never would have seen!The house was spotless and modern, the beach was lovely and the town was unique/fun. I think the location was perfect. Its a busy town so being close might have been loud. This house was about 3/4 mile walk to town which is close enough - for us - to walk to/from a meal!Unusual for us from the south is sun up at 5 am. So people were on the beach at 9 AM like it was noon down south! The beds were very comfortable and the size of the place was perfect for our three person group.

This location couldn't have been more perfect! Literally steps to the beach! Had all the amenities we needed and good amount of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay again!

A gem of a home, steps from the beach, and a short walk to the center of town/train station. Beds were comfortable; outside shower a plus. Room for two cars. Kitchen has the basics. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
