We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great and the cabin was very spacious. I enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch every day! The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit.

We stayed in the cabin for 8 nights and absolutely LOVED it. Everything was perfect!! The location couldn’t be better and the cabin amenities are first class. We loved that moose live right in the neighborhood! We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was exactly as represented. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer was a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Low score due to lack of transparency. Nice place, but it's essentially at an airport for sea planes, A charter air service operates about 150 feet from the cabin! We knew we were in trouble when we walked in and there were ear plugs on the kitchen island (seriously!) Very early every morning the planes start departing. They woke us up from a sound sleep because they're so close that it sound like they're flying right through the cabin. Had this been disclosed, we would have never stayed there. There are also some very high windows without shades, so the cabin gets very bright, very early.

Perfect Little Getaway

The cabin was cozy and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Close to hiking trails, Homer Spit and grocery store. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for fun and adventure in Alaska!

Homer stay

Beautiful cabin with a nice gas fireplace. The aroma of the real wood was fantastic when entering the property. Great location between the spit, and grocery store.

Wonderful cabin

We found this cabin so delightful! It is much bigger than it appears in the photos, had all the conveniences (full kitchen, laundry) and the bed was so comfortable. The check-in was a breeze. Kids found the floatplanes landing and taking off at the Beluga lake especially fun. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, well equipped. Loved watching the sea planes. Super comfy beds. Extra blankets and linens. Appreciated that there was detergent provided and all the other necessities. Beautiful kitchen. Felt very safe and enjoyed being across from the Homer Brewing! Just picturesque. Would visit again.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful place and great location. Lots of noise with the float planes. Not a problem for us. The bed was a little noisy because the one side I do believe was broke.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities for a great stay. If you have the time consider using a bear viewing experience with Emerald Air Service. Check out website for details.

The cabin was very clean and very cosy. We didn´t miss anything. Housekeepers´ve been very friendly. We´ll come back.

Beautiful cabin by lake

Beautiful place. Even though we only stayed one night, used washer/dryer. Had everything one might need (soap, dryer sheet, etc). Coffee machine, coffee pods provided. Very clean, loved personal touches (great shampoo, soap, etc in pretty dispensers). Pretty location on the lake where the float planes come and go. Ample parking.

Great stay! Clean and as advertised

Great stay! Wouldn’t change anything other than host should consider people may have allergies to fragrances. Maybe use more fragrance free cleaners and shy away from leaving scented anything! The cabin has so much wood on the interior, it would be better to smell that than some fragrance. Thanks for a nice nights stay!

We stayed for seven days and absolutely loved it. The cabin was perfectly located close to all amenities in Homer. The cabin was neat and clean and the host was very responsive. It was a great stay and look forward to staying again.
