From the front door, you have views of the emerald coast waters. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for your next family meal, all while never having to lose sight of the waves. Enjoy a lovely gulf front master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom and its own access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and access to a spacious bathroom. The living area has comfy furniture and a large television if you can take your eyes off the views. The balcony is private and spacious with ample seating! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the private beachfront balcony. The walk-in laundry room is spacious and efficient, located right beside the front door.
