These repairs, required by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are important for maintaining the building's safety and integrity. Work will focus on staircases and balconies. While structural repairs on this balcony are complete, stucco and painting are still pending. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend activity. The project is expected to continue for about one year.
