This warehouse style condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Accommodates up to 6 guests, fully furnished and well equipped with all necessary essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Located in the French Quarter! The condo features wood floors, a large comfortable living/entertaining area, 1 Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, 2nd Bedroom w/ 3 Twin Beds. Living/ Entertainment area has a 42 inch LED flat screen television, 30 inch LED tv's in both bedrooms, Sound system bluetooth radio (personal IPHONE can be used as a controller), complimentary high speed wireless internet access, and cable television with Netflix. The luxury kitchen and bathroom comes fully equipped with all living necessities. The apartment has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary beverages a freezer with a ice maker. The FQ condo is a block from Bourbon and walking distance from restaurants, the parade routes, The Riverwalk, and tourist attractions such as Bourbon St, Jackson Square and The French Market. The FQ condo is also just minutes away from The Arena, The Mercedes Benz Superdome, and The Convention Center. You will have privacy and a relax feeling of a vacation in your home away from home.

Excellent Location

Our stay was awesome. The location was right around the corner from Bourbon street, so everything was walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

We celebrated my daughter’s 21st bday and the building was in the perfect location. It was easy to find, safe and super clean. It was everything we needed for the birthday and Marti Gras.

The communication is outstanding consistently! I truly admired the design of the apartment! Great location, can walk to many things and Uber was a quick pickup if needed. would certainly opt to stay here again!

The absolute perfect place to stay when visiting New Orleans. So close to the action, yet far enough to feel that you are in a quiet and safe location. The host was AMAZING and answered every single question promptly and happily. Book this place today! Do NOT look any further.

Great French Quarter Location!

The pictures do not do this cute apartment justice! The location is perfect to explore the French Quarter and in walking distance to so much more! We did not mind the sounds from Bourbon Street at all!

Great location

Great location in the French Quarter. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay her again! And don’t miss the roof top pool. Great views!

Location is great!

Great location! Very roomy place that was great for the 5 of us. Communication was awesome! I would strongly recommend staying here. The only downside was if you plan on doing a lot of cooking it is a challenge to cook for 5 people with only 1 pan, no cookie sheets or anything to throw a pizza in the oven. Other than that the place was great!

Mardi Gras Stay

Had our friends meet us in New Orleans for the Muses Parade Thursday night and enjoyed the convenience of being in the quarter...noise from Bourbon Street was expected when staying that close - so no surprise! Would stay again here in a heart beat.

Great location

The apartment was only one block north of the Hard Rock Cafe on bourbon street. It was clean but it was pretty noisy at night and in the mornings. It is listed as sleeping 7, but it only has beds for 5. So the other two will be left sleeping on the couch.

Cute rental within walking distance of so much!

We came for a long weekend and enjoyed this rental. We were able to walk to so much and easily Uber to things further away. It does get loud outside, but you are choosing to stay on Bourbon Street so that should be expected. The property manager responded promptly to questions and was very friendly.

Stay on Bienville

We were extremely pleased with the stay. The location could not have been any better and was absolutely perfect for our get together. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone going to New Orleans and wanting to stay in the French Quarter. Nicole, the host, was very prompt to get back with. us when answering any question that came up. 5 stars with us!

Clean, safe, good location

Enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. Was concerned about being so close to Bourbon Street, but we always felt safe and secure in the building. A bit noisy in the front bedroom, but my wife and I slept great in the back bedroom. Kitchen was great. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location location

Rental was super close to everything to see in the French quarter. Very clean and easy to check into. The manager was super responsive and helpful. Bourbon Street is very loud so when you do plan to sleep, bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect French Quarter location!

We had such a wonderful stay with Nicole! The location was great - right in the center of the French Quarter, walking distance to all the attractions. The apartment was spacious for our group of 5. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Nicole was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. I will definitely come back and stay here!

New Orleans 2023

This property is perfectly located within walking distance of everything that the French Quarter and Bourbon street have to offer. The condo was clean, check in was a breeze, and the property owner was available in mere seconds when we needed anything. It gets a little loud because it's so close to Bourbon Street, but I'd still choose this place every single time!

Group of long-time friends experiencing Mardis Gras for First Time.

We had an amazing time in NoLa. The VRBO was roomy, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do for the 7 nights we were there. Easy check-in/check-out process. Only issue was WiFi did not work, after multiple communications was property manager, could not fix this issue. Not a huge deal as we were there for the sights/experience, but did have to work some as well. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Great place in the French Quarter!

Loved the location! The place was the perfect size for our group of 3, nice building and super easy check in! This place is in the French Quarter and perfect location to walk just about everywhere in the FQ! For the few places we went outside of the FQ, the street cars or a Lyft were always available. The towels and linens were clean as were the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. we slept just fine in the beds too. The only thing that bothered us was the noticeable dust on the vents and ceiling fans. The slipcover on the couch also had stains and probably needs a good cleaning or replaced. Other than that, this place was fantastic and a great place if you are looking for a place to stay in the FQ.
