great location

It was a handy location, great communication with the owner.Tho had noisy back bedroom with traffic, bars closing, barrier in street for safety clangs loudly 24 hours for the back bedroom. Great parking.owner gave timely responses.

Great Spot Beaware of Excessive Noise

The unit was clean and great location. Truly close to all the action on Bourbon Street. Just be very aware of the noise. Truly a city that never sleeps and now with the large grate and steel barriers directly outside the window on one side of the building make it impossiable to sleep. Bring your noise cancelling headphones.

Fantastic space in a perfect location

Really, REALLY cool loft space. Plenty of room, comfortable beds/furniture, fun vibe to the place. You are, of course, right off of Bourbon St., so the late-night jazz party is to be expected. Not too much to handle, though. Check in was a little weird given you have to meet someone in a parking garage to get access to the place, but that was well communicated beforehand so it’s just a matter of executing what is communicated.

Great location. Property layout is excellent. Large rooms, comfortable. Property manager was excellent. Only issue is the unit could be cleaner. Shower curtain was dirty. Dust on lights. Overall nice property. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location

We had a great experience at this location. The area was clean and larger than expected. The bedroom by the street was very loud as we had read in prior reviews but it did not stop us from having a great time. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Great place to spend a week in NOLA!

We are from San Antonio and upon arriving at the condo, we didn't expect all the roomy areas. All were immaculate and very clean. What a pleasant stay in NOLA we had. All the best in cafes and restaurants were only a couple of blocks away and the French Quarter..well, we were right in the middle of FQ. All of it was in walking distance. Parking was great also, in the same building. This is a definite plus!

Great place

Stayed for a few days and enjoyed the location. Very nice unit. Clean and as described. Older windows do allow for a bit of sound to come through and proximity to Bourbon Street means there is always sound.

Saints & Tigers extravaganza

This property was great. It is 1/2 block off Bourbon St., so it’s in the heart of the action and conveniently located near everything. However, with that comes the madness of Bourbon St that basically goes on throughout the entire night into early morning. If noise bothers you, you will have a hard time sleeping in this property. Bring earplugs and you may not need other sleep aids.

French Quarter stay

If you are looking to be in the heart of it all, and not specifically for peace and quiet, this is the spot. Excellent location. Well equipped, clean, and serviceable. Will definitely be reaching out and returning to this location.

On Bourbon Street

This is a great location for the nightlife. Definitely located right on the same block as Bourbon Street. It is a very large apartment with great size rooms. We really enjoyed the roof top pool to cool down after walking the streets. Do not stay here if you cannot sleep through loud noises all night long. This is because of music from the bars, loud people on the streets, loud music from cars, trash trucks and street cleaners. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. As mentioned the bedding needs an upgrade. They could definitely use extra towels, blankets, pillow cases and kitchen towels. I would stay here again for the location, just realize all of the comments are correct when they say it is noisy all night long.

New Orleans stay

This was a prime location for entertainment. This condo was very nice. No hot water in the shower of bedroom #1, shower curtain liners in both bathrooms were filthy. Floors could use a more though mopping, but overall a well kept unit.

The PERFECT nest with a wonderful location

My family absolutely enjoyed this little home while in Nola. The location is perfect and I honestly can't complain about a single thing. We didnt come for quiet so keep in mind that it's right there and you hear everything

Great apartment, but needs some TLC

First of all, let me say that Cody was awesome!! Whenever we needed anything, he was on it and communication was always there. The apartment location is great, right in the heart of everything but the downside to that is, it does get a little loud at night, but I could not hear it when I went to bed (second room). The furniture in the apartment does need to be changed (bed in second room, and furniture in living room need to be cleaned).

Plenty of room

Great space, great location If you want quiet not the spot. If you want location in the French Quarter it was great. Price was reasonable. Only complaint... get some new pillows, mattress in master room not that comfortable and get some hand towels.

Great location!

Perfect location. Just a few steps to Bourbon St. and easy walks to the French Market, Frenchman St. and more. Plenty of room, fun, well kept. Just a great property! Already looking forward to our next trip to NOLA and the Creole Nest!

LOCATION

Location is everything… right off the popular street Bourbon… it is loud at night but everything is within walking distance and the city car is just a 2 block walk. Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability.

Rendezvous to NOLA

Location is very convenient to all great areas of New Orleans! Street car stop a couple blocks away, also hop on hop off not far at all! The master bedroom is noisy- earplugs are a must! Second bedroom very quiet and dark. Host was great and easily assessable! Would definitely recommend!!
