Welcome to Agave, a beautiful home curated for enjoyment. The home has a elegant saltwater pool surrounded with seating under a shaded pergola, two pool loungers, and oversized pong on the side of the house. The enclosed patio has a private hot tub that faces an outdoor Tv, additional seating, and games such as connect 4 and ring toss.

NOTE: The bunk beds were replaced with 2 full beds and a daybed. Updated pictures to come!

The house was everything it advertised! We loved the hot tub and the games. Everything was clean and modern and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Roomy, convenient to Alachua Event Center. Hot tub was a little rough- took a day to heat up. The back yard was nice and inviting with the pool.

Hey Lisa, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We did do a fresh water change for you the day of check in so it does take some time for the water to heat from sub 70 degree temperatures up to 104.

Amazing Vacation Experience

Not often do the pictures match the property but this one did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. House was very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The game room was an added bonus! Made our stay in Gainesville memorable!

Very fun

Lots to do, great tvs, hot tub was awesome. The listing was incorrect. There are not 2 bunk beds. There is a daybed and another full. The 2nd bedroom has two doubles. We needed more bathroom towels than what was supplied as well as dishware. Everything else was clean.

Graduation trip

This property had so much to offer for a family. The house was very clean. Had many amenities to enjoy spending time with family and friends. The space was welcoming and allowed for family fun with games available. However the beds were not fully supported and we fell through on our first night then realized it was a platform frame without the supporting planks. The kitchen had the basics but very minimal cooking supplies. There was a great coffee bar! Overall I would have been very happy with stay but we did receive notice about the insurance policy being charged for damage on our behalf that was present on our arrival. I did let the owner know and sent pictures to the insurance company and the owner with a time stamp from the day we arrived. The property had so much potential I hope the owner can address the issues we found.

Agave was a great place for my husband, daughter, granddaughter, and I to stay while visiting family and friends near Gainesville. The comfortable older house is in a quiet, established neighborhood yet close to everything. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and we really enjoyed the pool. Our host was very easy to get hold of and responded to our messages quickly. We were unable to get the hot tub to work, but our host tried everything he could to help us get it working and is in the process of getting it fixed. We would happily stay here again if it’s available the next time we are in town.
