Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo on Holiday Isle!!

Come and enjoy your beach vacation at this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Holiday Isle! Nautical Way is an intimate condo on Destin's Holiday Isle. Short walk across dunes to public beach. Watch the fishing fleet, sunset cruises, take a water taxi for cocktails, dinner or entertainment to Harborwalk Village. Master has a king bed. Guest bedroom has a queen and there is queen size air mattress for the living room.
This condo is close to everything from restaurants, to activities, parks and has beach access to both the protected East Pass beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. We have recently done upgrades and the condo has tile floors in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. There is a breakfast bar with four stools, stove, microwave and drip coffee maker. Walk to the beach and take in the amazing sunsets and watch the dolphins swim in the crystal clear water.
There are two parking spots available downstairs and it is a short walk up the stairs to the unit. There is no elevator in this building.

Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.



Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.
