This 1450 Sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the 9th floor of Shoreline Towers overlooking the white sand beach and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida. This unit was completely updated with new cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops, whirlpool tub, jetted shower, flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, and new flooring throughout. Also features a large balcony and designer master bedroom furnishings.

Great stay!

From the time I booked the room, the property owner stayed in contact with me. He was very informative. The room was nice and everything was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Jimmy's ninth-floor condo is roomy and well-furnished with very comfy beds. He kindly provided beach chairs and umbrella set up daily for us by the friendly "beach boys." We would gladly return as long as Allegiant keeps offering those nonstops from Louisville!

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. The pictures are accurate. Location is perfect. Jimmy is a quick to respond owner with any concerns or questions. We will definitely book again.

Me and my family had a great time. Good location just walk to the beach.

Everything was just perfect plenty of room for my family of 4. Still have room for others. Very clean place we stayed there 2 years in a row. Cause we liked the place so much. Everything is 5-8 min drive. If you have a family of 6 or under. Mr.Jimmy place is the place for you. Big thumbs up!!

Beautiful space and great view! We did have some issues with the space not being cleaned prior to our arrival, but Jimmy was responsive. Unfortunately, his cleaning company was not honest with him about cleaning- He made it right with us, and I would recommend his property as long as he does not use Kelly Ellis Cleaning.

GREAT

Stay was awesome, this was are first family trip to The Sunshine State. This was also are first time using VRBO as well. Pretty straight forward process. Views and beautiful emerald water in perfect sight. Was just disappointed that the beach service was not included with stay at the Shoreline Towers. Your not allowed to pitch your own umbrella or canopy if beach service is available. But after some research, 20ft from wet sand is public property. So you cant get nailed for trespassing. Probably frowned 🙁 upon, because after all its a tourist destination and they want that money 💰. But one can decide for ones self on how to handle that situation. Other than that AWESOME 👌.

Great location!

Even though the tower is slightly behind the other 2 towers our walk was at the most 30-40 steps across the parking lot and our view of the ocean was fantastic from the balcony & master bedroom. Enough room for everyone to relax in the condo and it’s close to the pool/tennis courts/workout room. Only took Ubers twice & walked to restaurants & to get ice cream! Great condo & location!

Ideal rental

This unit was very clean. It has easy access to the beach and is located near all of the attractions. The owner responded promptly to questions and made checking in a breeze.

At the Beach

If going to Destin for a beach vacation, this is the place . 5min walking your feet are on white sand and emerald green waters. 5 min walk in the opposite direction you are at the ice cream shoppe, drugstore , grocery store . This unit can easily accommodate 6 people comfortably. The only thing I missed was sitting on the balcony for morning coffee. But next time after renovations are complete.

The inside of this condo is nice. Being under construction created some shortcomings but we understood that going in, and we were just happy we found a place on the beach last minute.

Perfect home away from home

I’ve stayed at several units over the past 5 years at shoreline and Jimmy’s place was definitely one of my favorites. He was great at communicating and we had a bit of an issue with check in but Jimmy made it right. The unit is very spacious for two bedrooms and I love that the kitchen is large and open. I would recommend if you want to watch Netflix/streaming bring a fire stick ! But you’re at the beach and watching tv wasn’t a big deal! Beds were comfy and the unit was sparkling clean upon arrival. The patio is great to hangout on! We had a great time! Thank you jimmy for an awesome place to stay!
