Awesome spot to return to after a great day on the beach. The pool was wonderful, the guys got to fish off the doc and the property was spacious. Our pups enjoyed the stay and were plenty comfortable.

Sounds like Fair Winds had a little something for everyone! Beach days, a great pool, fishing off the dock, plenty of room to spread out, and even the pups got to enjoy the getaway. This place was perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and there was enough space for everyone. The back porch gets pretty hot in the late afternoons because it faces west. But the porch is really nice to watch the sunset and enjoy the late evenings and early mornings. Great place!

We loved being so close to the awesome pool, as well as having access to the back dock for fishing! The beach is a short drive away. This was great for our family of all ages and we definitely plan on coming back!

Gorgeous!

Our family loved this property! The rooms were so spacious and the decks were huge. Loved the boat slip and the extra storage that the property manager offered for the boat trailer. Would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect get away!

This place was great place to stay, great location, great amenities! We really liked the cleanliness of the house! I think maybe if possible a better broom, or vacuum. We really enjoyed it overall! Would love to come back again!

awesome, too short!

family gathered from all over, we grabbed 4 units. enjoyed each other's company. very comfy beds, large tables to gather around, nice pool, beach near by

Amazing Property

Excellent experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year here, and we've already signed for next year. Everything about the property itself was wonderful. When we needed repairs, they were done quickly. One thing that brings it down slightly was the sofas. They're very soft and difficult to get out of. Basically, we sat in the barrel chairs the whole time (including last year) as they gave more support and fit shorter people better.

Very Satisfied!

Were were very satisfied with our recent stay. Clean and just as described. The pellet ice maker was a very nice surprise! Seemed a little much that in addition to renting the property we also had to rent one of the boat slips (vs. it just being included with the stay), but no other complaints really. We enjoyed the place and had a great stay.

The unit is right next to the pool which made it very convenient since we had young kids. The kids and adults had fun on the water slides

Amazing beach escape

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at the Fair Winds. The community is quiet and relaxing, with excellent amenities in the Yacht club (fitness center, games, pool with TWO slides) and activities at night for the kids. A personal dock on the back for boats with amazing views of the sunset in the evenings. Close to the beach, walking distance if you're willing to walk 10 - 15 min or so, or a 3 minute drive. Townhouse is well furnished and clean. My kids are already asking when we can go back! We would happily stay here again in the future!

It’s beautifully decorated, clean & comfy. Perfect place for fishing off the dock, which was a big hit with the kids! Definitely recommend and hope to return soon!Only negative encounter is that the Keurig spews coffee everywhere. Other than that, perfect stay!
