The newly renovated, air-conditioned four-bedroom private house offers all the best of Princeville in Kauai.

Sit on the lanai and breath in the fresh Kauai air and take in the beautiful Ocean view. Whale watching in season. If you look closely, you may see dolphins going by! Or go for a short hike to the gorgeous Sealodge beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the garden is great for lounging or grilling on the BBQ.

The space
The open floor plan invites entertaining and relaxing. The fully equiped kitchen is a chef's dream with the oversized fridge and freezer, Bertazzoni gas range, Microwave drawer, mahogany cabinetry and granite kitchen counters.

The house has 4 bedrooms each one with en-suite bath. The 2 master suites upstairs offer ocean views, soaking tubs and lanai to enjoy the ocean views. Separate AC controls for both floor of the house!

The downstairs has 2 more bedrooms. One with queen size bed and another with two single beds. Separate AC control for the downstairs area.

The spacious living room opens to the back lanai to enjoy the outdoor and indoor at the same time. We have a bbq in the back yard for your cooking needs.

Had a wonderful stay at this Princeville home. Beautiful property, neighborhood and view. The home was large (huge master, but all rooms were very generous) and well appointed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and cooler). We also loved being close to Hanalei Bay…amazing!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this Princeville home for our family vacation on Kauai! It has all the amenities we needed, is super clean and beautifully appointed, and is well located near beaches and Hanalei. Rosie is super attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay.

A Wonderful Vacation in a Beautiful Location

The property was quiet, restful, immaculate and beautifully appointed. The owner was attentive, kind and extremely helpful. A wonderful location for anyone visiting Kauai.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed staying in Princeville. We love the north part of the island.Our only critique is the beds were not very comfortable, otherwise the house was beautiful and perfect location

Princeville Trip

Had a great stay with friends. The house has high ceilings, was very clean and in a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near the Makai course clubhouse.

A great week

The house was perfect for our 4 couple group. Great views plenty of space and Rosi was quick to respond to the questions we had. Loved this place and hope to return soon.

Amazing place to stay

This was a beautiful home to stay in. , had a ton of room , great views of the ocean and a very quite neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had and quite lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this rental for any family or group. We hope to visit again soon

The house was beautiful and was the perfect accommodation for our group. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Rossi gave us great recommendations for dining and site seeing. Highly recommend this property for the price!!

Great Location

The house was perfect for my family of 5, in a lovely residential area, close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Rosi was a great host and answered all my questions promptly. We hope to be back !

Lovely house in Kauai

We visited during July 2022 and absolutely loved this house! Pics are accurate, home was clean and neighborhood was convenient to Hanalei Bay and nearby Foodland and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay in Kauai

This is a very nice house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. And yet, you are within short driving distance from countless amazing Kauai things to do. We had a wonderul stay. The host is responsive and helpful.

Nice house in Princeville

Everything was great. Spacious kitchen that is fully stocked. Pretty entryway with garden. First time staying in Princeville and it was nice.

Wonderful Property

Property was exactly as pictured. Rosi was a fantastic hostess, she called to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed and provided great tips to surrounding area activities. The property and north side of the island was so beautiful, highly recommend.
