Calypso 2-1503 - Perfect Couples Getaway or Family Vacation!!
Located on the 15th floor of the West Tower of Calypso Resort, high enough to see everything occurring on the beach and low enough to hear the relaxing waves.
This condo is a one bedroom two bath unit with built in bunk beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for six. The master bedroom has its own private bath, where there is a second full bath for additional guests. There are twin beds in the bunk area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room.
The resort is conveniently located on the quiet and yet super convenient west end of Panama City Beach. Calypso is next to the City Fishing Pier and Pier Park, a Simon 'Signature Project', where you will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an outdoor Amphitheater offering free concerts throughout the summer.
Minutes away are many other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, golf and miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. The Frank Brown Park Sports Complex is just 1.6 miles (3 minutes) away.
Calypso 2-1503 has all the modern amenities needed for work or play. High speed internet/Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bath linens, a private balcony illuminating the breathtaking views from the main living room.
The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.
Beach Chair Service (provided in season) is provided (2 padded loungers and umbrella).
**Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old. Calypso is a non-smoking resort.**

Calypso Resort Association (Towers I and II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three resort towers. Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $50 Guest Registration Fee to that association. A separate link will be emailed at least two weeks prior to guest arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to that association. Once completed a guest parking pass will be emailed to the guest.
If you do not require vehicle parking, please let us know and disregard the guest registration request.
Depending on availability, a second vehicle parking permit may be purchased which requires another guest registration and $50 fee paid directly to that association. Please be advised that requesting an additional parking pass within 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation will incur an additional fee of $25.00 (plus the original $50.00 fee to obtain the parking pass). To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you require more than one parking pass. While there are limited exceptions to this policy, we generally adhere strictly to this requirement. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Rentals are typically weekly during spring/summer months with a Saturday check-in. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other rental periods.
