Shore Beats Work is a newer 3-bedroom house along the pedestrian side of Surfside Beach. Located on an expansive corner lot, views from the wrap around deck are AMAZING!  There are water views from the front and back decks! Hear the waves while relaxing on the expansive, shaded front porch or watch massive ships come into the port terminal while lounging on the back deck.  Your possibilities are endless! New whole-house reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration plus an additional RO-filtered faucet in the kitchen! An open concept living room opens up into a light and bright dining area and glorious Chef's kitchen - ready for meal prepping and entertaining.  Stainless appliances, built in microwave and plenty of kitchen island space, perfect for all gatherings! Down the hallway, directly to your right, is a convenient, sleek and modern half bathroom. Across is the brand-new laundry area complete with workspace, hanging bar, and stackable high-efficiency washer and dryer. Further down the hallway you will find the sleeping quarters. The bunk bedroom boasts 2 full bunks with a twin trundle conveniently stored underneath. A king guest bedroom is also close by with a Jack and Jill style guest bath setup. Your guests will enjoy double sinks, ample vanity and tub-shower combo. Also in the king bedroom, luxurious bedding and a coastal calm atmosphere await! Complete with a 55" TV and private access to the wrap-around deck, enjoy your favorite cocktail or beverage while watching the ships dock into the port. Beautiful and magnificent! The primary bedroom is your final destination and is it ever! The king-size upgraded bed greets you as you walk into your private retreat. A reading nook, complete with extra sleeping space, is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Primary bedroom also has its own access door to the wrap around deck and large 65" TV. The bathroom is located ensuite with gorgeous quartz counters, sleek and modern tile work, 2 sinks and plenty of storage. A beautiful walk-in shower greets you, and the setup would not be complete without a MASSIVE closet!

Great place

Very clean, well equipped home in a convenient area. The only downside was the grill which should be replaced. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay thoroughly

Thank you for staying with us! Propane grills have more trouble with the coastal air, so we replaced it with a charcoal grill.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean when we arrived, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made settling in easy—things like soap, paper towels, and other everyday essentials that you don't always find in a rental.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Matt was quick to respond to our questions and made everything feel easy, which we really appreciated.Our family stayed here to celebrate our youngest granddaughter Mia's first birthday, and having our two sons, their spouses, and our three grandkids all under one roof made for such a special weekend. Tropical Storm Bertha decided to make an appearance on our first day and knocked the power out for about an hour, but honestly, it became one of those unexpected memories we'll laugh about for years. We ended up playing hide-and-seek in the dark with the grandkids, and they thought it was the greatest adventure.Even with a little weather, this house gave our family exactly what we needed—a comfortable, welcoming place to make memories together. We'd happily stay here again.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We loved staying at this property! We have family in Lake Jackson but we always like to have our own space when we come to visit. This home was very close to all surrounding cities. Home was very clean. Well decorated. Great layout. Master bathroom was very spacious! The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved relaxing on the giant couch in the living room at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE!!

The property exceeded our expectations! The home is equipped with top of the line appliances. The furniture was great. I need to find out where the owner purchased that couch. It was sooooo comfy. The beds are relaxing. It was a perfect spot for myself, my teenager and college age kids to go for a quick end of summer trip before school starts. I will definitely rent this again.

This house is AMAZING!! We rented 3 vacation homes in Surfside this year, and this house is THE BEST! The layout is perfect for multiple families, and it is SOOO clean. The house is beautifully decorated, and we can’t wait to return for another visit!
