Welcome to your dream home! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this charming abode is a haven of comfort and relaxation. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, your home effortlessly accommodates up to five individuals with a luxurious king-size bed, a cozy queen-size bed, and a quaint twin-size bed. Each bedroom is designed with your utmost comfort in mind, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day.
Just a 15 minute ride to Wrightsville Beach and 20 minutes to Downtown, you'll enjoy a quiet, family friendly neighborhood while still being close to all the action. Nearby, you are within 5 minutes of Publix, Harris Teeter, and the Mayfair shopping center.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of two spacious living rooms, offering ample seating for family and friends to gather. The sunroom, bathed in natural light, provides the perfect spot to complete a morning yoga routine or a enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. Please note: The sunroom is unheated/cooled and does not count towards the 1656 sq ft. Lastly, the third bedroom is also a dedicated workspace with an adjustable sit-to-stand desk to focus on any remote work.
Step outside into the expansive backyard, a fully fenced-in oasis offering privacy and security. This outdoor haven is a paradise for both pets and children, providing plenty of room to frolic and play. The front yard is graced by a screened-in porch, a delightful escape from summer mosquitos and a tranquil spot to enjoy the gentle breeze.
Monthly rental rate includes all utilities, 350 mbps speed internet, trash, recycling, landscaping, 40A elective vehicle charger, and pest control. This is a dog friendly home and they must be potty trained. Owners are unfortunately allergic to cats so they wont be allowed. Ample free parking for residents and guests in the large driveway and detached two car garage.
Long-term guests with a confirmed reservation are required to sign a long-term lease, and present a valid Drivers License and copy will be kept on file, and will receive access only after these requirements are met. We reserve the right to have the guest cancel with VRBO, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts for failure of tenants to comply.

Easily the best part about Wilmington is its accessibility to the water, whether it is a 5 minute drive to Pages Creek Preserve or 15 minutes to the beautiful Wrightsville Beach. My partner and I have recently moved to Western NC to attend a grad school program. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

The cozy three season sunroom and private backyard surrounded by carefully maintained landscaping are easily my favorite aspects of the home. If you want to get out of the house, the location is a short drive to Wrightsville Beach, Downtown Wilmington, or nearby shopping.
