This is a lovely little place to stay. It has everything you need. The location could not be better. There are so many restaurants, places of interest and things to do within walking distance.Michele is very responsive. We had a great time.

Property was clean and host was accommodating and easy to communicate with! We were in town for a concert at empower field, about a 10 min uber ride. Great neighborhood, highly recommended Leven for sandwiches and schoolyard beer garden which is just a couple blocks away!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. It was the perfect home base for my trip.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, accessible, and in the heart of Denver. I was here for a work conference and was a 15-minute walk to the Denver conference center. The host was communicative and helpful. Parking in the garage was included for one vehicle, which is what I needed. Many things in walking distance including local art, museums and other shopping. Well worth it!

Fabulous location!

Loved this stay! The location was perfect walking distance to so much nightlife, food, and culture. Michele was a wonderful host and I would 100% recommend!

Great Stay

Stay was excellent and lived up to what we saw online. Michele was great and extremely helpful with local suggestions and helping with check in/checkout.

Good, clean accommodations for the price point. Good location within walking distance of downtown Denver. Lots of storage space. Big, modern kitchen.This property cannot reasonably accommodate 3 adults. We could only get 1 key. The pallet bed supplied was not sufficient and no additional sheets were provided. We were grateful that we brought an air mattress as a backup plan. There was no dedicated dining space, so we had to move art and magazines to eat and cook. The garage was a tight space and is shared with an additional short-term rental property. It is also the only entry point.Overall it is a great stay for 1-2 people, especially if you will mostly be exploring the city during the day.

The apartment is clean and has all modern conveniences. The high pressure shower is nice after traveling and the hosts got in touch with us in a timely manner. The area offers umteenth things to do. We were glad to have rented a car.

My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice for a short stay in Denver. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was excellent for walking to museums and the many nice restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Secure parking in the garage was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Well appointed and appreciated both the bottle of red and the coffee.Not fancy but certainly comfortable and clean.

Perfect for Two

The communication was perfect, the directions to get in the apartment were accurate, and the apartment was clean. Everything worked as it should and the bed was perfect for a good night’s rest. We hope to stay again!

Check in was easy! Great location for getting to restaurants and conference center. Able to cook our own meals as desired. Fantastic week! We have family in the area and will stay here again!

Cozy Colorado!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s in a prime location in downtown Denver, where you can walk to explore, shop, and dine. Having access to a parking space was a huge plus, as we rented a car to drive to hiking locations. The host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway spot downtown!

This is a perfect little apartment for my husband and I and daughter as it was about four blocks from our son’s apartment. Nice walking distance to most things in our short stay. Michele was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint, clean and comfortable over garage apartment. Great neighborhood close to the art museums and convention center. The garage parking is a great feature. The owner is compassionate and kind. This is one I would revisit!

Great spot!

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay to visit family. Walking distance to so many museums! Driving was also easy and having a garage spot helped very much. The unit was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being downtown and close to hospitals. Highly recommend and will return the next time we are in town.
