We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The condo was very nice. The amenities were enjoyable. We all enjoyed our stay.

Brought my twins here for their first beach vacation and it was the perfect place for families! Plenty of space inside the condo. Plenty to do around that wasn't the beach when we were over the sand. Would stay here again!

Check in was smooth. Great family friendly condo! Beach access was a short walk. Condo was very clean. Host were very prompt with messaging and communication. We loved this condominium and all the amenities.

Great stay. Easy check-in, host was proactive with communicating info and providing extra contact info & condo was easy to access. Upon arrival was greeted with great oceanfront views and a clean & beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed the comfortable condo & relaxing on the deck and fitness center. Everuone in group said they had very comfortable beds. During check-in times, be prepared for wait as elevators are busy. We would definitely stay at condo again.

Indoor pool and hot tubs were nice to get out of the sun. Overall it was a great vacation - would stay here again

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was very clean. Loved the view from the balcony!! Kitchen well-stocked though neither of the 2 keurigs worked but that was ok because both coffee pots did! Plenty of room for our whole group. We will definitely come back!!

Vacation 2025

Great place to stay, something for all ages, beach, lazy river, slide, splash pad, over 21 pool, indoor and outdoor pool. Location close to grocery stores and places to eat. Only down fall is only 6 elevators for all 31 floors. Certain times of day you may have wait time. Would recommend and also stay there again.

Everything was great except there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and the mat in front of the oven was soaked (maybe from cleaning crew?) and molded.

Condo was amazing, plenty of room for our group of 8. Clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The elevators were horrible, always breaking down and very long wait times. Otherwise great vacation, right on the beach and amazing view from balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well we were giving permission to arrive at !:00pm instead of 4:00. That was a real treat. But when we arrived beds were not made and towels were on the floor in every room. It was a let down to start with but Phoenix Rentals responded ASAP we went to lunch and the rooms were cleaned when we got back. The condo is lovely and we had a great stay after that.But I left two pair of very expensive shoes in the main closet, called Phoenix Rental never heard back from them. The Condo Oasis isn't responsible for anything. You have to deal with the rental agents.

Kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. I loved the bed, it felt like you were sleeping on clouds. I would definitely stay again.
