Swimming pool is open mid May through mid September
This home is near Beaver Lake for you and your family to relax and get away from it all. We are located in the Hickory Creek area of Northwest Arkansas. Our vacation home is a 2,400 sq. ft Home with split floor plan great for entertaining . Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with wood burning stove, Smart TV, and has a sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen with dining area and eat at bar. Large Private in-ground salt water swimming pool. Fire pit, Gazebo seats 8, Sunbathing for 4
Home Sleeps 15 (10 comfortably 5 with pullouts).

Master Suite has private bathroom, King pillow top bed, walk in-closet, indirect lighting, cable and smart tv , a sitting room with desk overlooking pool and lake view, printer and wifi has 2 single pullout sleepers

Bedroom 2 has Queen pillow top bed, dresser with mirror, walk in closet & tv

Bedroom 3 is the “kids room” has bunk bed with twin on top and twin trundle at bottom , a fort inside of bunk bed.. 3rd bed is a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. room also has walk-in closet.Room sleeps 5

Bedroom 4 has queen pillow top bed, smart T.V has closet and a bathroom just out side of room.

We provide many amenities to our guests, including the following:

Family Vacation

This place was amazing and close to everything!! The cat made us feel at home. Greeted us at front door and checked on us daily! Loved it will stay here again!

Amazing outdoor space!

We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed the outdoor pool and shady pergola space. I highly recommend this for families or just grown ups who are looking for an escape from the hot sun!

Perfect Family Getaway

My kids and their families gather here twice each year for fun and fellowship. It has plenty of space for us to hangout together and have privacy when needed. We love how beautiful and quiet the area is. We even got to see some deer come up from the woods for their morning snack!

Four Generations Family fun

All 4 generations loved staying here. We were only 2 miles from our grandson and his fiancé new home. We used the pool a lot and everything was so clean and wonderful. Our son and daughter-in-law may book it again with friends in the future.

Fun family time

We had a great time enjoying the pool and enjoying movies and games in the living room that fit all our family. The back yard was private and it was quiet and peaceful.

Holiday Getaway

My family booked this property for a holiday gathering. It was the perfect place for multiple families to gather and spend time together with plenty of room to spread out when we need to. We love coming here so much we come back in the summer for the beautiful pool!

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful. Grandparents, grown kids and grandkids all enjoyed. The outdoor space was just what we were looking for. From morning coffee in the gazebo, to afternoon pool time and evening around the fire pit. We enjoyed 6 days of relaxing and just being together.

Family getaway

We comfortably fit 6 adults, 4 children ages 2-6 and an infant. The pool was great and a big hit with the kids. The pool toys were a nice extra. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Wonderful hidden gen

This place was fantastic for a girls weekend! The owners have been so responsive and the house is better than the description! I had seen a previous posts about parking issues but there is plenty of space to park numerous cars. We had 4, but o think even 6 would be easy. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with all the amenities listed.

Beautiful home that was fully stocked with everything needed. Pool was awesome and kids & grandkids loved it. Absolutely perfect. We will definitely return.

Third time's still a charm.

This is our third year at your property and we enjoy it more each year. The pool is great for our grandchildren and we love the quite neighborhood. Will be booking next year when we get home.

Hickory Creek House

Property was very nice, a little hard to find, but very nice. Not much room for several vehicles, but we made it work. Everything in the home was in order and owners had thought out every detail. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Grateful for a getaway

We just had a wonderful time in this peaceful bit of paradise. The view is so lovely and it is quite serene. It was perfect for the entire family, as our toddlers loved the play room, bean bags, and pool (and we loved that the entry gate to the pool could only be opened by an adult). The hosts were lovely and communicative. Plus, it was within 30 minutes of all sorts of parks, city activities in Fayetteville/Bentonville, and dining experiences. Highly recommend!

Very cozy wilderness place that suited our families

The house had pretty much all the amenities a person could ask for. The pool was used day and night with a lot of items provided or left by other guests. It was very close to all the must see sites and hiking trails. We all had a very good time.

Despite the tornados...

The second day of our stay was interrupted by Mother Nature deciding the area needed a few F4 tornados. Immediately after, the home owners sprang into action and not only initiated cleanup of the entire property, pool, and surrounding areas, they did everything they could to make the best out of a crazy situation. I have the highest confidence in Dave and Crystal, and you should too! Looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

Beautiful home, comfy beds, wonderful salt water pool!

We had our annual girls week #27 at this lovely home. Very nice home with lots of room and a beautiful view. The pool was refreshing and clean. Loved the bean bag chairs! Would recommend this home and will probably book it again. Only thing negative I have to say is they should let you know about the gentleman that lives above separate garage! Thanks for a great week in a beautiful home.

Wedding weekend

Relatives came for a family wedding for the weekend. The house was fantastic. Very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone had their own room and space. The pool was fantastic. This home is an exceptional VRBO home. You only need to take your clothes/groceries. everything else is located at the home. This place is rated above a 10. Definitely would rent again.

Spacious but not all amenities promised

The home is spacious and fit us well. The pool was not open and there was no water in the hot tub, we were disappointed with this because that is the main reason we booked the rental so far away from town. Beautiful views to sit outside in the morning and deer in the evening. Needed some bug spray. Nice living room area for us all to congregate in.

Great pool, nice home, a ways from town.

The house was a great size for our three families (6 adults, 5 kids 6 and under). The kitchen was decently stocked for our needs, there were more than plenty of towels for inside and outside use. The pool was a great amenity to have with the kids. It is a bit of a drive from anything, which was fine for us, especially with having the pool at the house, but just know if you need to run to the store or go out for an excursion, most everything is 25-30 minutes away. Problems we ran into were that we didn't get to really enjoy outside the first few days because of all the wasps that weren't taken care of. We went through 2.5 cans of wasp/hornet killer and easily knocked down about 10 nests around the property + dozens of wasps throughout our stay. The wifi was also very unreliable so made it difficult to stream movies and music. Had the wifi worked and the wasps not been such an issue, it would have been 5 stars for us!

Awesome pool & gigantic bean bags!

This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had a group of 15 people- ages 10-80! The home was very comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool are and especially the beautiful sunsets from the backyard! The pool are is perfect for everyone. Plenty of comfortable seating, sun lounges, covered table to play games, fire pit, and two grills. We used it all! It is so nice that the pool is salt water as well. The kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down! The fun colored lights outside just added to the atmosphere. The beds are all very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. However, our two 10 year old girls loved the giant (they are huge!) bean bags so much, they slept in them a few nights! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of counter space. One of our family members is a chef, and had no problem cooking us all a gourmet meal in the kitchen. We really appreciated the extras like shampoos, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen spices, etc.- we have stayed at some VRBO’s where nothing is supplied. Having all of this already available really adds to the relaxation of vacation! So glad we chose this home for our family. The pool area was perfect- great memories made!! Thanks to the hosts!
