Yes, there is a washer/dryer in the Unit.

Very nice one bedroom w/ bunk beds condo. Includes Roku TV/DVD/VCR, microwave, phone, & a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico! Very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping & great restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club.

Summit features 2-swimming pools (1 heated), 2 kiddie pools, poolside tiki bar, On-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet skis & waverunners... all right on site.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Perfect location

Michael's condo was comfortable and pretty. Even with the rain, it was nice to have comfy chairs to sit on the balcony!

Affordable fun on the beach

The condo building had trouble keeping up on the elevators with the crowd and them breaking down. The condo was clean just had some mold. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay! We had a beautiful view from our balcony! And everything was clean and organized! The only negative to our whole trip was that only one elevator was working but that was obviously out of anybody’s control, Overall we loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

Great view, the room is a little out dated. But it worked well for us. Michael was great communicating with me the entire trip and booking process.

Gorgeous view!

We came for a quick two night stay and brought my 9 year old down for a little getaway. We appreciated the prompt communication from the owners anytime we reached out. The best part was definitely the amazing view from the large balcony. There were some beach toys and boogie boards on the patio to use, which was quite the highlight for my daughter! Note- check with the Summit for pool closures, as we were VERY disappointed that of the two pools, one was closed almost our entire stay and the other closed every night between 730 and 8. No fault of the owners though, just something to be mindful of.

Summitt.

Elevators in main concourse would constantly breakdown. Property had 2 nice sized pools. Bikini Bobs was a nice place to eat at. Reasonable prices. The condo is rather small but that was fine. My recommendation would be to address black mold in bathrooms and hire a different cleaning crew.

NOT GOOD

Not pleased with this unit! Very outdated and dirty! Looks like it hasn't had a GOOD cleaning in a while! Shower was clogged and would fill up when I tried to shower so I had to go get draino, floor was very dirty! Pretty much had to clean everything! Fridge is very old and looks nasty. A loud party hotel and didn't know it when I booked. Will not be back

Spacious with needs

Inital arrival to our room was pleasant. Upon entrance everything seemed as what was in the listing, it was not until unpacking that we noted a couple of things that changed our experience. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned very well. There was multiple wrappers and trash under thr main bed, there was also some electrical outlet issues. The bathroom did need to be updated and there was a large crack across the ceiling that would need to be looked into for repair, the ceiling fan did not work. The couch bed most definitely needs a update. Most of the problems would be mainance issues.

Decent and functioning place

This condo worked just fine for what my friends and I were looking for for spring break. Cheaper option that’s still right on the beach with nice pool area. Cleanliness at arrival wasn’t quite to our comfort level so we wiped everything down when we got there and washed some things. Since there is no pictures or really any description of the bathrooms, I’ll give a little explanation. There is one normal size bathroom that has a sliding door connecting it to another toilet and the one shower, and this small room also connects to the master bedroom sink via another door. One other small thing was that being on the 8th floor you’d like to rely on the elevators, but they are full often and it takes a lot of patience. My group ended up using the stairs more often than waiting for the elevator, including bringing all of our stuff back to our car. But, overall it was a good vacation.

Not clean

I was so excited that we were able to check in early, however I was told that there was a parking fee which I don’t remember seeing anywhere on the listing. I was told it was $15, but it was actually $20. Upon entering the apartment I noticed there was sand everywhere (somewhat understandable since it is beachfront, but it was everywhere and quite a bit as though it hadn’t been swept), the bedding cover was disgusting as were the sheets. I quickly put them in the washer to clean them. The dishwasher was full of dishes. Granted they were clean but I didn’t want to start my vacation cleaning. The elevator is old and broke down a few times. Waking up 8 flight of stairs doesn’t seem bad but it wasn’t fun. The location was very good and accessible to a lot of great activities.

The room was as expected!!

The room had great views. Excellent location near the elevator. You have all necessary information and items for your stay. You have tons of food options on site or within walking distance. CONS: The check in process was ridiculous. The front desk staff was rude and trash talking another customer not present. Real classy. You should try to get a room that you can walk up the stairs because you will spend most of your trip trying to get on the elevator to your room. We were on 8 and used the stairs most of our trip. There are so many other options to choose fr in panama city. I would use themTAY AT THE SUMMIT. Avoid any listing that mentions the summit. The room was great. The host was straight forward with their expectations. Awesome room. The staff on-site kept it clean and secured. The front office needs to retire, be fired or leave. Thank you panama for the experience. We will be back. Just not this place!!!!!!!

Dusty and dirty. In

In desperate need of a cleaning and repairs. Owner needs to check on his investment closer. This unit is dated but that i could live with the nasty mess is something that was uncalled for. I took several pictures to prove to him he needs a different cleaning service. We were disappointed. I laughed when I seen the signs posted that said dont take things from condo. I don't know who would want it. The dishes were dirty and the covers on the bed was so nasty and stained. The latch on the front door was falling off. The fan in the bathroom was so full of dust and the motor was covered. This is a fire Hazzard. Fans were full of dust couldn't use those. All the artificial plants were covered thick with dust. This was not vrbo worthy.
