As you enter this beautifully furnished townhouse in contemporary Asian-style decor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality appliances and all the essentials for dining and entertaining. The family room, featuring a plush sofa and a Smart TV, serves as a perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings.

This home boasts three elegantly appointed bedrooms, offering a serene escape after a day of exploring Ko Olina's attractions. The townhouse is equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it an ideal setting for remote work or school. Walk easily to the community's two swimming pools, three hot tubs, and barbecues along a scenic walking path.

NOTE:
• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).
Please note that in compliance with Honolulu County Bill 89 and community HOA regulations, this home has a minimum rental period of 29 nights. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited, and the unit no longer allows grilling on the lanai per the Oahu Fire Code. Electricity usage is capped at $500 per month, with guests responsible for any excess.

1 Assigned parking stall available for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

Important Notice: Asphalt Repair and Seal Coating Project

The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.

- Repairs & Reconstruction: April 2 – April 8, 2025
- Seal Coating: May 19 – July 10, 2025 (in 8 phases)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense

Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.

Fantastic home away from home

Location to the beach was great. Enjoyed the space we had for 5 people. Would love to see the lalani with a sectional sofa to create more usable space. The property surrounding is beautiful and the pools are wonderful!

Very Pleased

We loved this place. It was immaculate and was furnished with everything. The location is great, overlooking the 11th fairway and easy walking to shops and restaurants. The nearby pool was always spotless and the outdoor grill was clean and worked easily. This was our first VRBO experience and we found it beyond our expectations. We own timeshares in the Caribbean, but they don’t compare to this level of inclusion.
