We have just purchased the house and have spent the past few weeks updating it. It is the ideal home away from home for your family mountain getaway. This spacious Waterville Estates home with fireplace is perfect after a day of skiing at nearby Waterville Valley, Loon, or Cannon! In the warmer months, Waterville is known for its incredible hiking trails, offering natural beauty, wildlife sightings, and a chance to breathe in the fresh mountain air. When you don’t feel like cooking, head into town and enjoy several great restaurants, or take a short trip to see all that downtown Plymouth has to offer

Experience all that Waterville Estates has to offer. Less than 1 mile away, the Recreation Center features two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor hot-tubs, saunas, a fitness room, game room, library, and two restaurants/pubs: the "Summit Lounge" and the "Mountain View Lounge".
Guest Pass

We provide one guest pass. There is a $100 replacement fee for a lost guest pass. This will allow one person in free to the Rec Center, and will allow you to bring in the rest of your party with the following fee schedule.

Weekday: Monday – Friday
Adults 18-64: $10 per person per day
Youth 8-17: $5 per person per day
Seniors 65+: $5 per person per day
Youth 7 and under: Free

Weekends and Holidays: Saturday and Sunday
Adults 18-64: $20 per person per day
Youth 8-17: $10 per person per day
Seniors 65+: $10 per person per day
Youth 7 and under: Free

Come through the door into the large entry way with ski storage. The main floor is home to the full kitchen, dining room, vaulted family room with wood burning fireplace, and half bath. The kitchen features full-size appliances, with new refrigerator. The family room has a large sectional, wood burning fireplace, and a new smart TV. A wall of windows in the family room affords you seasonal views. There is a spacious deck where you can grill up your favorite meats and veggies on the gas BBQ.

Heading upstairs the hallway overlooking the family room are 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. Head back downstairs to the daylight walk out basement and the perfect kids retreat, featuring the "bunk room" with a set a new set of bunk beds and an additional single bed. The 4th bedroom with another queen size bed. There is an addition full bath/ laundry room on this floor. If that isn't enough space for your crew, there is also a queen size futon in the family room. Enjoy playing games or watching movies on the new 50" smart TV.
