Very cute house in an idyllic setting on Broadway Lake. One of the best things it was dead quiet. Perfect for the peaceful and relaxing getaway we needed. I would stay there again.

The view of the lake was amazing and the house was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very good stay and our dog did as well, hopefully we will bring our boat next time and use the dock more.

The property was clean and fit our needs perfectly. It was just the right size for my wife and I and our little dog. Our dog even loved the dock and fishing.

Let's start with communication prior to visit; prompt and detailed. I knew exactly what to expect before arriving.The rental was clean, loved the bed and couch, and kitchen well equipped - loved the spice collection!Peaceful and rejuvenating, this is the perfect place for a break from daily life.

Weekend Getaway

Cozy place to call home for the weekend while visiting our kids in Anderson. Hosts were very communicative thru the entire process. Kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. Views were wonderful in the morning overlooking the lake.

We searched for a nice cottage on a lake for our 60th wedding anniversary. We are very pleased that we rented this one for a week with great lake views from the deck and the dock. We refer to the house as rustic but refined. It has great modern appliances, upgraded utilities, and a well-equiped kitchen and other amenities throughout the house.In addition to the lake and views, Anderson has many sites to visit, including a history museum, an arts center, good restaurants and gift shops. There are also historic nearby towns to visit like Pendelton, SC.We also felt that the hosts were very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors.

Quick getaway

If you're looking for a place that is so quaint, quiet, and relaxing this is the perfect place. My husband and I spent a couple of days just for a quick getaway and it's just what we needed. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and peaceful waters was beautiful.We look forward to booking our next getaway again.

My husband and I were amazed by the view!! It is all it says. The house was beautiful and very clean. I loved the kitchen!! Fishing was good caught a couple nice sized catfish!! We will be booking again next year!!
