This was property was perfect location and great deal. Space was very clean and exactly what we needed for a brief weekend stay for an exceptional price. It is pet friendly with no fee if you and your dog are responsible. Appreciate that!

Loved that our furry friend was welcome! Sheets were lovely and the kitchen had everything you would need if you were staying longer. Lots of windows. Easy parking. Great location!!

Enjoyable location, lots of quiet and greenery. Missed having a table to eat and work. Extremely good value

The place has been rehabbed in a low quality manner. Ceiling, walls and doors show damage covered up. Air freshener super strong and when pulled out smell is stale and covering cigarette smoke. Daughter had asthma attack while there. Thought it was good place to stay with dog but it was low quality and price not cheap. All kitchen items and bedding low quality. Although host was responsive h defended the quality even when pictures sent and no refund or discount offered. Would not recommend.

We are very sorry that the guest’s daughter experienced asthma symptoms. We took the concern seriously, asked the guest to unplug the air fresheners, requested photographs, and kept all communication documented through Vrbo. The photographs showed cosmetic unevenness from previous ceiling and door repairs, not evidence that damage had been concealed. This is a non-smoking property, and we had not previously received complaints of cigarette smoke, mold, or asthma-related air-quality issues. The guest’s request for a refund was handled according to the reservation’s cancellation policy and the documentation provided. We remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns promptly and maintaining a clean, comfortable home for our guests.

The unit was neat and clean. The furnishing were alittle sparse, could have used another chair, but otherwise it was good. Bed was comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Easy access although I will say the parking is a little tricky due to the angle of parking. Very close to shops, the mall and numerous eating establishments. The kitchen was adequately stocked with both a drip and k-cup coffee makers. Water pressure was great considering it's a four unit building. Overall I would stay again and would recommend it for someone on a budget.

Outdated

Needed repaired, updated, no chairs or table. Toilet had to be adjusted on each flush. Weeds in front yard, needed cutting.

Thank you for the feedback. Since this stay, the toilet mechanism has been repaired so it flushes properly, the front yard has been cut and the weeds removed, and a table and chairs have been added. We have also addressed the identified maintenance and cosmetic items and made updates to improve the property for future guests.
