Lower back patio was pretty dirty but the inside and rear of the outdoor was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at . We weren’t able to get in with the code that was given but the owners answered right away . Great place for the family and would stay again!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay and that you found the inside of the home and the outdoor living areas to be among the cleanest you’ve experienced—that truly means a lot to us.
We also appreciate you pointing out the condition of the lower back patio. we’ll make sure our team gives that area extra attention moving forward.
We’re happy we were able to assist quickly when you had trouble with the entry code. Providing prompt support is important to us, and we’re glad we could get everything sorted out right away.
Thank you again for staying with us. We’d love the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future!

Eva’s rental in Sawgrass was perfect for us. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for the five of us. We enjoyed the community pool and the community was well maintained. The location was very convenient. Essentials were well supplied except we couldn’t find any garbage bags. Our only two recommendations are a few more towels and washcloths and new blinds as some were damaged.

House overall very clean. Filters dirty had to replace. Previous tenants left the grill a mess. Curb appeal could use some work. The rest of the house looked great. Nicely decorated. Garage had pool and beach supplies. Host was quick to respond when contacted Clubhouse pool was great. Overall would recommend to others.
